Ordered the lasagna and although it was flavorful, the pasta was undercooked. The lower layer of pasta was so raw it took me some time to cut it with a knife. Tastes more like frozen food. Won’t be coming back.

Ordered a chicken alfredo dish and just left this place with almost everything still on my plate because 1. VERY under salted, and 2. At first glance it didn’t look appetizing and failed to makeup for it when I took the first bite. My bf had the spaghetti and meatballs, and was even worse! I am not a tough critic, I LOVEPASTA, and this one totally sucked! The meatballs were cold, under cooked and hard to cut through, the entire dish lacked the title! It tasted like cooked pasta, JUST cooked pasta with microwaved meatballs. Overall a terrible experience. Would not recommend if in town and would not return to this place! The 1star is for the overall look of the place because they attracted me and made me believe it was a legit Italian place including the taste, but it wasnt. Just looks at least in my unique experience, Im sorry.

Attempted to eat at this resturant on a Sunday at 9pm and was told by an employee at the entrance of the resturant that they close on Sundays at 9pm, when the hours posted on Unilocal and Tropicana Laughlin, Tripadvisor & Facebook all state they are open till 10pm

Although I had dined here years ago, and the food was good, that was under previous management. So, when bidden by our Laughlin next door neighbors to dine here with them less than a month ago, we agreed. And I was pleasantly pleased at the results. Complimentary Garlic Breadsticks glistening with garlic butter were light, soft, and delicious – better than those served at other establishments which highly tout their breadsticks; and probably the best of this species of food that I have sampled to date. I opted to add an unlimited Soup & Salad Bar to my chosen entrée of Sausage Puttanesca, which consisted of tapered lengths of soft Red & Green Peppers, Onions, Black Olives, tomatoes, and herbs tossed with spaghetti, and turned out to be a great though somewhat unusual treat. The Salad Bar was not notably distinguished but contained enough ingredients to offer up a very credible and satisfying salad with choices of several dressings. But the Italian Wedding Soup that came with it was tasty oily broth punctuated by numerous small meatballs and long shreds of spinach. A good-looking homemade Minestrone Soup was also available, and my dinner was kicked up a notch with a starter of splendid Crab-stuffed Mushrooms which were very large, cheesy, and topped by numerous granules of crisp bacon. This was a very filling and satisfying meal. Service was very good, and seating comfortable in an informal setting. 4−½ stars overall!

Came here on Saturday, Feb 27, as we were going to eat at the Outback for our birthday but there was an hour and ½ wait. We were seated right away, but it took some time for someone to come get our drink order. 2 of us ordered iced tea and the first 2 glasses tasted like dirty dishwater! They brewed a fresh pot and brought it and I asked the busser to bring me some sweetener and he brought me sugar packets. I said, «no, sweetener please» and he said they didn’t have any! I looked at the table across from us and there was some on there and he said«oh, that’s not my station, I didn’t know we had any»!! The server was nice enough, but never came back to ask my sister if she would like another glass of wine after her first. The all you can eat salad bar consists of about 6 items! And not very appetizing ones! 3 of us ordered the Family Feast meal. The meatballs had absolutely no flavor whatsoever and neither did the sausage. The red sauce was pretty bland too. The Ravioli was good though! The next morning, all 3 of us had upset stomachs! Will not be returning here!

I thought this place was fantastic! The restaurant smelt deliciously of garlic. Sangria tower for $ 15 + the never ending pasta bowl with unlimited salad and soup bar for $ 8 was a great deal! The basil cream pasta sauce was the best out of the pasta sauces we tried(alfredo, marinara, and spicy marinara). However, my favorite part of the meal was the Italian wedding soup, omg sooooo good!

Was a hotel guest a couple weeks ago; have dined here before, our family likes the bottomless pasta, good deal if you have a hearty appetite; choose various pastas and sauces; servings are generous;(previously) you could try different ones after the 1st serving. This year however, they didn’t allow that, had to order the same exact thing; problem is a couple people in our party didn’t really like their 1st choice and were disheartened to learn they couldn’t try something different. We called the manager over to ask; apparently their servers weren’t following the menu and allowed guests to switch up; so management cracked down on them. Too bad; they should really reduce the portion size to ½ of what they currently serve, and allow alternative choices; it’s pastas and sauces only; there isn’t any shrimp, chicken or meatballs. My sister-in-law ordered the olive oil & garlic pasta, it was tasteless and drenched in oil; she poured it out and showed the server, they did allow her to switch. Bottomless pasta is too much for me personally; but I don’t think our party will order that again. Just know if you’re ordering, you have only one choice of pasta and a sauce. I ordered the lasagna; very cheesy and piping hot; not bad. Servers get overwhelmed when serving large parties; our server was ok, he tried to be efficient but in doing so, he was a lil abrupt, never smiled, more like a smirk. He kept forgetting things so we had to keep waving him down; we were polite and very patient. The other thing that was bothersome was he repeatedly reached over my head to serve or clear dishes; I would move over to give him more space but his forearm kept brushing the top of my head, even when I motioned with my hand to stop that, no apologies. Ok, I am done with this

I was really impressed with food. Well not authentic, its sure better than olive garden if you need a comparison. Prices are reasonabe. It can get busy at times and wait times can be expected. Service was great. Had lenguini clam which was good. Also the chicken marsala is worth a mention.

We’ve been eating here for years. It isn’t the greatest, but it was a pretty decent deal. This last time, I attempted to order the bottomless pasta bowl as I always had in the past with half and half bolognese and Alfredo. We were told we’d be charged a $ 1 more. It’s a bottomless pasta bowl. They even told my husband they’d charge him for extra sauce. We asked for the manager and he told us the same thing. We walked out. The manager watched a multi time returning customer walk out because they created a bad new policy. Bad business. Hope that works for you. We’ll be dining elsewhere from now on.

As much as I love staying at the hotel in have to say the food here at the passaggio was not good at all, the ravioli and manicotti tasted like they where over cooked. They forgot my daughters order which was plain noodles and that took 15 mins to get. The drinks we ordered took 20 mins to get and hey never offered and water for out wait or any refills. Both mine and my husbands order came with bread stick that we never got with our meals. We had to flag our waiter down 3 times to get his attention. Needless to say I will never come back here again nor recommend anyone to come here.

Not too shabby, if you’re up for a belly full of pasta. Their alfredo was surprisingly good, and their endless pasta bowl is a darn good deal! I haven’t tried anything else, but stick to some simple choices and you might be alright.

Make reservations, because if you don’t the hostesses Michaela & Vanessa will be extremely rude to you and your family. Both young ladies are extremely unprofessional, and lack customer services. Michaela seems to be a bit selective on which guest she seats first. Keep in mind, if Micaela is working the guest list, then you will not be seated accordingly to when you arrived or for that matter may not be seated at all. Michaela and Vanessa, where telling guest, including my family that the was no availability for us to eat, yet the place was empty. She also sat a family with several young children in two separate tables, which where on complete opposite sides of the restaurant. Luckily for us, the manager from the steakhouse, stepped in and basically accommodated us, the family that was separated, and the guest waiting in line. Once we were seated the service and the food was amazing. We had an amazing waitress by the name of Robin and a bus boy by the name of Jasan. Both these individual made our dinner worth the drama we endured prior to being seated. I highly recommend that these two girls, Micheala and Vanessa attend some type of customer service trianing or hostess training. If they do not, results are that these two will definitely bring down the clientele and give Passagioreviews that are not equivalent to their waiters nor the food. Good luck & watch out for these two.

1STARFORTHEHOSTESSESVANESSA&MICHAELA 5STARSFOROURSERVERANDFOOD ! kay first off make a reservation if you dont want to hear The Hostess ‘Michaela’ being as Rude as can be to you and YOUR family! Then not far behind her was the other Hostess ’ Vanessa ’ being just as rude ! Not only was she rude but selective to who had to wait an HOUR and who was Let RIGHTIN ! After complaining to the Manager she tried to play dumb to her boss ! Once we were finally seated(across the restaurant from the rest of our party) our waitress, Robin, was the sweetest lady and was amazing ! Also the busboy Jason was the coolest guy dont be shy to talk to him. Then once we order, our food was amazing ! Watch our for these rude people ‘Michaela & Vanessa’!

Pretty bland food. We got the Family Feast deal, where you get a handful of dishes for $ 13.99 a person. I’m not sure it’s all you can eat. You get a bowl of spaghetti, 4 pieces of ravioli in vodka sauce(good), 2 pieces of chicken parmesan(very dry), meatball and sausages(bad), salad bar(meh), and fried bread balls dipped in raspberry sauce(decent). You also get breadsticks, which were pretty good at least. But the food was pretty bad, the other two people dining with me didn’t really want the food. The spaghetti tasted like ragu sauce heated up with noodles. The sausages were somehow very soft and tasted pretty bad. You’re better off going somewhere else to eat in Laughlin. I don’t think of italian food when I think of Laughlin.
