It’s 3 am in the morning and I just went to dunkin to have grilled cheese sandwich. A grilled cheese isn’t that hard to make, why is the cheese burned and the bread hard? It’s like they over microwaved the sandwich. It’s not rocket science?! I’m going back there tomorrow to make a complaint in person. This is unacceptable, I didn’t order anything major and I’m thoroughly upset.

Always dissapointing, unfortunately bc it is close to my home. The coffee is always watered down and tasteless compared to the other dunkin donuts locations. My husband and I got hazelnut coolatas and they tasted like iced milk with no flavor. What a dissapontment since I have been craving them for the last few days…

I usually brew my coffee at home and invent my own specialty concoctions, but sometimes I crave the D.
Service is always very pleasant, but the last two visits when ordering an iced coffee, there is never any ice. So I’m guessing what happens is that ice is added to the cup and boiling hot coffee is poured over it causing the ice to melt?
I end up with watered down, room temp coffee which does nothing to help my caffeine headaches. Eh.

Hard to believe there could be this much variation in Dunkin Donut shops. On several occasions I have purchased their muffins and every time they have been baked too long. The first few times I thought it was just one of those things. But when the muffins were over baked every time, I got the message and changed to the Dunkin Donuts at 4499 N University Dr.

You get a hankering for a donut, you go to Dunkin’ Donuts. Luckily I was passing by. I wish I had continued to pass since the chocolate honey-​dipped one that I ordered tasted more like Play-​Doh than a donut. I must say that this is a first for me. Maybe they gave me the wrong flavor? I shall give them the benefit of the doubt…
