Terrible service. Ineptitude abounds.
Each time I come here they forget something and I have to wait. This time they forgot make 2 macchiato hot coffees. Took about 20 minutes but thought I’d wait it out just to see how long this would take because asking for a refund would have been a nightmare.
Only come here on the weekends and usually about once a month. If I decide to continue to go to DD, it will have to be another location.

I ordered a number 7 Chicken Biscuit that was small but absolutely delicious with texture! Then, my large caramel coffee came out and was disgusting. But a nice worker named Karissa came out from the back and saved my Christmas morning! She took my coffee and made a new one that was EXTRA good. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

This is usually my stop on the way to work.
The drive thru lines tends to be out of control so save time by getting out of your car and get in line inside.
The staff here doesn’t seem to get along. It provides me more humor than anything. Listening to them fight passes the time while I wait for my bagel to heat up.
There is an office space there for meetings if you’re into meetings at donut shops.
The place is pretty clean overall.
The line moves quickly but I have had my food lost a few times which always boggles me. Where did my bagel disappear to?
The parking lot here is terrible. It’s not set up well to have to deal with drive thru traffic, but hey, the things we do for our coffee fix…
