After using my debit card at this place I had fraud on my bank account and this was the only place I used my card. And the insurance they gave me was bogus it wasn’t even thru Verizon.

Stopped by to find out if I could upgrade my phone and unfortunately I could not. The two men helping me (Nick and Sebastian) were absolutely fabulous and incredibly helpful! They worked great together and figured out a way to get me a new phone! I’m completely satisfied with the service. If you are looking to get a new phone this is the place to go! Ask for Nick or Sebastian they will do whatever they can to help you!

I had an issue with my phone and the manager, Noël was patient and gave me personalized service even though there were other customers. I felt he multitasked exceptionally well. As a tourist visiting Las Vegas, I did not know what to expect but he exceeded my expectations. Las Vegas is so very lucky to have a great manager like Noël. You all MUST come and see him!!!
