This bank is terrible. Although the employees are nice the bank itself is horrible. I was majorly screwed over by them and they reported me to chex systems falsely. I fought with them for weeks and received zero customer service or correspondence. Still dealing with an issue THEY caused. Never use US BANK for anything.

Went to this location to deposit my check on my lunch break from work. ROCCO the agent has been very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and even gave me some tips about my account. It was my first time going there because it’s far from my house but close to my work. I will start going to this location because of how Rocco treated me and provided great customer service.
