Garbage, pure and simple. Homeless people. Meth heads. The ”playground” is nothing more than where the drug dealers do their business. Office staff lies. NEVER VIEW A MODEL! ”Your” apartment will look NOTHING like it! Quite simply, this complex should be bulldozed to the ground. It’s filth.

Do yourselves a favor NEVER EVER rent here. When I first moved here the place was decent, the price yeah it was cheap. But the way they treat you, it is HORRIBLE!!! I lived 3 years here and was very responsible on my payments made sure I kept my record clean, whenever I had a problem in the apartment for example the garbage disposal broke, I would call them and let them know but they would NEVER come to fix anything. In the end I had to pay out of my own pocket to get their stuff fixed. You end up paying more out of pocket for things that should be covered so rent is cheap but in the end not really. Also, the time I was there management changed 3 times. The management that was hired last are the worst. They are rude, sarcastic and when you request information like corporates number they give you a website to submit an email. They talk to you like a child and hang up on your face. They are not professional whatsoever. The location itself has gotten so bad, there are homeless people laid out on the ground as you walk to your apartment. They have a laundry room that is «locked» and you can only enter with a key they provide. Every time I passed that room there were people acting super suspicious and some people even where doing drugs. I made them aware of this and what did they do NOTHING. Police were always there because of how many people that were causing trouble. Every time I renewed they would tell me we’ll have someone clean your carpets, they never came to do it, (I also had to hire someone to do that for me). Overall I’m a person that is very easy going not a lot bothers me when I put in my 60 day notice I called in to work twice to return that apartment spotless, because the agreement says that’s how you are to return it. They ended up charging me all these extra charges like «Carpet Clean» «Cleaning» and not to mention they didn’t return my deposit back to me. At this point, this place was such a headache to me and left me with such a horrible experience that if I ever found myself in a tough financial situation, In all honesty I would rather be homeless then to live here again.
