The first time I went in the guy Behind the counter was RUDE! This time, the lady behind the counter was nice! Thank you for someone pricing good services bc I am here at least once a week bc my little one takes dance at the studio in the same plaza. So I can have my yogurt/sweet while I wait. The toppings are like other yogurt places nothing out of the ordinary or anything that separates them from Their competitors. I come Bc of the convenience.

I love this place! I specifically go there for the Sea Salted Caramel and Which Chocolate Mousse so I hope they always keep these favors on hand!

This is the place that got me into frozen yogurt! I’ve been here 3 times(really only went when I was visiting my friends house who lives in the area) and it’s reaaaally comfortable here. The staff isn’t very social, nobody welcomed us in or said thank you when we paid, but honestly I didn’t mind that whatsoever! It’s usually never busy here everytime I came it was just me and my friend. The crazy thing is, one day I came in and the /manager/was telling me that the employee who had to work that day never showed up and the manager himself didn’t know how to operate the POS so he ended up giving us free froyo. Kinda crazy lol. The taste is great, but they need to be more organized and the MANAGER(of all people) should know how to operate the computer for payment?!

OMG I am addicted! I went in with my sister and as soon as we walk in the girl at the counter was so cheerful and greeted us and asked if we would like to sample some(of course we said yes! haha). Well it turns out their frozen yogurt tastes like ice cream no wait it tastes better than ice cream! The first time I got toppings but the next time I just got the frozen yogurt because it was that good and their customer service was amazing. Love this place and will def. be going back. Also its great for families to take their children especially with the Summer heat this year. Oh almost forgot to mention the best part(aside from the taste of course) The Price! Super affordable my sister and I shared a pretty big cup(almost full) for I’d say $ 3.50 or so. Love it!

I just received a coupon for buy one get one half off, and on the coupon it says they’re open until 10 pm on Saturday. The girl working said they closed at 9 because it’s not summer, but their new coupons say 10 pm on weekends. She had already shut down the machines and started cleaning up, so I personally feel like she just wanted to get off early on Saturday because who wouldn’t? Still, very inconsiderate and inconvenient. She also suggested we go to yogurt land, which was unprofessional and rude to Tops n Bottoms.

WRONGHOURSPOSTEDON UnilocalANDONTHEVALPAKCOUPONS. We arrived at 9:09 to be told, rudely, that they’re closed and we can«go to the Yogurtland down the street». According to Unilocal and the coupons that were distributed LASTWEEK, they close at 10pm. I only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero.

I love the idea of being able to create a bottom crust for my yogurt creation and then being able to top it off with whatever I’d like. I really enjoy the quality of yogurt here too, it seriously tastes like ice cream. The shop is very quaint and clean and the staff was super friendly. I found a BOGO in my weekly ValuPak and it was definitely worth the visit. I’ll be visiting again.

The mango I think it was a sorbet was edible. The other flavors were gross and that includes some I enjoy other places. I wanted some chocolate so I got some mini peanut butter cups and they were so waxy and bad that I did not eat them. Go to yogurt land they are way better.

Decent enough froyo. The roadside signage is so nondescript that I drive past this place daily on my way to and from work and have never noticed it. The location itself, once you turn into the plaza, is hidden from the street because it is behind another building. Problematic, but alleviated with good advertising. Went in and there was another solo chick leaving with her cup of dessert. Layout of store is a little odd: cups and toppings by door, then yogurt dispensers, followed by more toppings and the register, where you are finally addressed by an employee. Opted to mixed a few flavors: the cookies and cream was on the bland side, but the Tahitian vanilla and dark chocolate were both very good. For toppings, I added strawberries(not many left), cherries, and a sprinkle of peanuts for crunch. Topping selection overall seems to be on the slim side, though I can’t tell you what they were missing. Service was polite. TVs inside were tuned to SportsCenter and the Spurs game. Now that this place is on my radar, it’s the closest froyo to home. Will likely be stopping by on my way home from bad days at work.

It’s nothing special, but depending on where u may be convenient and sometimes that’s all that matters! Not much more than that. At $ 0.40/ounce it’s higher than other places and only has 10 flavors to offer. Which isn’t as many as the other yogurt places in town! It’s mostly clean with a few TVs and service is average, not memorable. Therefore, if all were fair, I’d go elsewhere.

Just as good as the other yogurt places basically the same toppings and a few unique flavors. It is a little cheaper than youswirl or what ever it is called. Tried the honey Greek and my son finished it off before I finished mine which is a rarity, I had the Tahitian vanilla and it was awesome, and my oldest had strawberry and he finished his a little faster than normal also so it must have been pretty good.

Not very happy with our first experience with this yogurt shop. The yogurt itself was just Ok. Hence the reason for the extra star. I put Oreo on top of Birthday Cake, sea salt Carmel and cinnamon bun. The Oreo was actually soft and stale. I couldn’t believe it, we live in Vegas not in the South where humidity destroys these cookies. Too many yogurt places to go back to this one.
