Was recommended by the other location to choose this location which is more laid back & quiet.
Pros:
There isn’t any noise from other tenants, which is great.
The place is clean, the fridge was sparkling and spotless.
The Maintenance guy is on point and very helpful, going above and beyond our main concern we had.
The security is friendly and personable
Not many people walking around outside like other weekly rentals In the area.
They really make you feel welcome.
Cons:
The walls on the outside seem to be thin, and you can hear everyone and everything on the outside
The shower is really loud and makes whistle noises, and you can hear neighbors showers.
The rooms are outdated and smell slightly musty upon first walk in
Pay for wifi :(12.50/week Onto weekly rent cost.
Overall, this place is a better choice in the neighborhood for short term or long term stay. Also, I would prefer to have kind office personnel, and reliable, and helpful workers than ones who aren’t which is why this place gets 5 star. It will bump up the rating, because this place seems to be the safest of the bunch. And it was a bit nerve wrecking after touring the other locations first.

I am disgusted with the policies this place has. A weekly is just that a weekly and not really meant for long term. My sister who was diagnosed with cancer lost some wages due to chemo and was evicted from her house. She is not a criminal, she is a long term substitute teacher at an elementary school. She works hard and just needed a weekly for about a month and than she would be moving into a better place in a better neighborhood. The front desk staff were not very helpful and told her she would not be able to rent from there because she has an eviction. She also said they do background checks for what purpose I do not know because most of the people there are criminals drug dealers, users or just plain bad. Here is my sister with her son and my 13 year old daughter homeless had the money for the weekly and was denied because of an eviction. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager Penny wasn’t there. I told the front desk lady something is wrong with there selection of tenants. I was so upset I told her to have Penny call me because I was going to contact Channel News 13. After leaving, I received a call from Penny the manager. She started yelling at me telling me I was threatening her employees. When I tried to talk she hung up on me. Penny needs to be fired or go back to school and learn the proper way of handling certain situations. I never once threatened the staff and my sister did not want something for nothing. She had the money and just wanted a room so she wouldn’t have to burden friends and family. I am so disgusted with the filth that work and live in this establishment and the owner needs to seriously check their property because it’s filled with rude employees, druggies and criminals. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place and really think we as a city need to look into their operations and make them change or get rid of the business because it is making Boulder Highway look trashy and unsafe.
