I have been coming to this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for about 5 years and I love this location. So many memories reading on the patio in the spring time, conversing by the fire place (which is now updated) in the chilly months.
The baristas are my absolute favorite though! In my experience, I’ve never had a bad bout of customer service at this location. Perhaps it’s just coincidence that they remember my name and drink?
Well, maybe I do just come here a lot but these baristas are just genuinely awesome.
Before I turned vegan, as a company, Coffee Bean provided me with some really good pastry options, such as:
The everything bagel (far better than Starbucks’ sad excuse for an «everything» bagel), and the lemon poppy seed muffin. The spinach egg white burrito is also great! Plus they have hot sauce or salsa to go with it.
Not only does their tea selection trump many other mainstream coffee establishments, but Coffee Bean has ALMOND milk! Take that starbucks!

The little hispanic girl that works the drive-​thru is so incredibly rude. She’s gotten my order wrong the last two times i’ve been here and both times has acted as if it’s my fault I have the wrong coffee in my hand. It’s not like this is startbucks and you guys are sooo terribly busy. I’ve literally been the only car in the drive-​thru everytime i’ve stopped at this location. Im going back to starbucks.

I’ve been coming to this coffee shop as it’s closer to my house than Starbucks (I normally go to Starbucks multiple times a week). The coffee here is okay but I’m always disappointed at their pastries. Last time they didn’t have blueberry muffins and today I ordered a plain bagel and they didn’t have those either. I ended up buying a croissant which to my terrible surprise when I started eating it was so hard and old! Also, their customer service isn’t that great… One of the very first times I got there (drive thru) the attendant didn’t bother to greet me for a while so I’m staring at the screen for a few minutes until I finally said something and he’s like Oh! I thought you were taking your time to check the menu. I normally get greeted first and if I need time or they need time you just say so. Anyways… I’m gonna start driving a couple more blocks to go to Starbucks again… I gave this place multiple chances.

I’m a huge coffee fan and wanted to give this place a chance. I visited twice and was turned away by the absolute horrible customer service.
First off the coffee is okay but way over priced. Typically coffee is expensive but you get the friendly customer service from your barista. Here you don’t even get a hello. They just tell you 5.99 and hand you a credit card slip and tell you to sign it. The first time I thought was a fluke or the employee was having a bad day. Nope, thats just the type of employees that the manager wants.
The prices are even more than Starbucks and Dutch Bros. I suggest going there. Don’t waste your time here. Dutch Bros also has amazing coffee, lower prices and aways perfect service.

I love this coffee bean and tea leaf! It is the best one in town. They are really nice, fast, and remember my drink. Driving into the lot is hazardous from lakemead because it’s narrow and from tenaya you have to go far to make a you turn. I drive to this one instead of going to the ones in summerlin. The chairs could be more ergonomic for typing but the café is clean and they have a fire place outside. Seriously prefer the staff and the drinks here.

ICED GREEN TEA LIFE
Located a mile from my house, this is my friendly neighborhood CBTL.
What I like:
–The staff here is always courteous and friendly.
–It has a seating area out front, complete with a fire pit for the colder months.
–Drive-​thru window when you’re on the go. Easy in and out if you’re heading to the 95 freeway (it’s on Lake Mead and Tenaya).
–With the hot summer season, my usual order is a large iced green tea with stevia and there are several teas to choose from here:

Horrible! This is why i always go to Starbucks. Every time i come to Coffee Bean horrible service. Rude staff. And today they had a special «try any iced blended drink for $ 2»… I go try it out, one more time, and the staff tells me only in kids’ cup AND only in vanilla and chocolate. Wtf? It says ANY!!! Right off your website! Aaargh! THIS is why Starbucks is WAY better than you Coffee Bean! 3 words. Customer freakin service!

Decided to check this place out instead of the usual bucks of star and I am a fan! I chose an iced dark chocolate latte and a chocolate croissant. Both were delicious! The latte was pretty much a mocha, it had a delicious dark chocolatey flavor. The croissant, WOW. It was much bigger than I expected and it was drizzled with delicious chocolate on top and filled with a creamy chocolate cream inside. So good! I went through the drive-​thru so I didn’t see what the inside is all about, but they do have outside seating.

First time I’ve stopped here. I was craving some iced mocha this morning so I went for a quick drive over here. Had a little trouble finding it, its on the SE corner of Tenaya and Lake Mead, next to the big bank building.
The place is actually pretty small for coffee shops, maybe 4 tables inside and 4 outside. Iced mocha was ok, not as good as Avery’s.
I think a regular was like $ 4.85 all in. I probably wouldn’t come back here as Avery’s and Sambalatte are both better options in this neighborhood.

I’m not a coffee drinker. I drink tea. So, I really love the variety of tea and tea latte options. I love that they use loose tea. I also love the fact that they aren’t as «trendy» as Starbuck’s. Their prices are less expensive than Starbuck’s, though some might find them too expensive, still. The few times I do drink coffee, I’d rather patronize Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. In this location, there’s a firepit, which makes it a lovely place to hang out with friends who can enjoy any variety of hot or cold beverages they prefer.
Anytime I’m in Vegas, I always make a stop to this location & have always had wonderful experiences with my purchases and the staff.
Overall, this is a great place.

In my opinion there should be more Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf outlets available than some of the other over popular burnt coffee choices out there.
They have a great variety of hot or iced, blended coffees, teas, and lemonades as well as seasonal specialties. They also offer a nice selection of breakfast, pasties.
Great hand crafted coffee and teas. One of my favorite choices here is their Chai, which is infused loose hand crafted tea ingredients like black tea, cinnamon, clove, and cardamom. And because it is infused each time a cup is served I have noticed that it may vary in strong to mild, but either way it is always pleasant. Best of all they offer Almond Milk which makes it a perfect cup of Chai for me.
The wait may be a little longer for a cup of goodness but you wouldn’t want to rush to a bad finish. Now if only I could find one that has longer hours of operation or better yet open for 24 hours

I’m not a hardcore coffee drinker, but I can truly say that I’m a fan of The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf! We just drove through for a quick pick-​me-​up and thank goodness there wasn’t a line that looped around the building!
The drive thru menu was very easy to navigate and woman who took our order of a Chai Latte for the wifey and My Toffee Nut Latte was very courteous and repeated our order and made pick up at the window a breeze!
Our drinks came with a nifty little «stopper» that did double duty keeping the heat in while preventing liquid from spilling all over while driving. I really enjoyed my Toffee Nut Latte. Overall, a great first visit, and definitely not our last! ALOHA !!!

Even if this place is close to my apartment, I’ve only been here once since my Keurig obviously gets 5-​stars in my eyes — it doesn’t cost as much and I don’t have to wait in line: P
On that visit on a hot afternoon, the coffee and caramel latte was ON POINT and well-​balanced (at least to my tongue): right amount of bitterness, sweetness, and heat-​ness.
The barista was friendly, accommodating, and should be promoted to manager soon and he did everything on his own — that’s what you call an H.B.I.C. (Head Bitch In Charge). The place is clean inside and out and there’s a drive-​thru.
Plus, it’s so easy to order drinks here unlike that Mermaid place.

I’ve been a customer of The Coffee Bean For years, A Limo driver Turned me on to this Coffee Place in L.A.
This is my Favorite Coffee place. They make my Vanilla Latte just the way I like it. Starbucks has nothing on The Coffee Bean. I recommend this place to everyone!
