The Arbors Paseo Park is a trail through a linear park that joins The Arbors Tennis and Play Park(where Pavilion Center Drive ends at Sageberry Drive) to the south with Tree Top Park to the north. It is a short trail. My Cardio Trainer app measured the distance at .87 miles. Its halfway point is the Far Hills Avenue tunnel, which is one of the two tunnels. Access to Arbors Paseo Park is from both parks and Far Hills Avenue. The two parks feature sufficient parking. Yesterday, I walked the Arbors Paseo Park from Tree Top Park to Arbors Tennis and Play Park then back. It was approximately a 25 minute walk each way. The landscaping and cleanliness of Arbors Paseo Park make me a fan. There was not one graffiti tag! kudos to the Summerlin Council. I felt as if I was walking through an artist’s painting. As I walked through attractive tunnels, and beside colorful trees and plants above golf course green grass and picturesque desert; stress was further than the nearby 215 at Summerlin Parkway interchange. The park users I passed on the trail likewise appeared stress free. Whether they were jogging or enjoying the Vegas sun with their furry friends, they greeted me with a «hello.» Just like many walking trails winding through linear parkland, Arbors Paseo Park is an experience for all. It does not fail people living with walking disabilities. The totality of the trail is smooth concrete with a very gradual elevation gain. The two tunnels eliminate the pedestrian /automobile conflict that are a danger to people that have a walking disability. I am also a fan of trails that provide accessibility to people with walking disabilities. Arbors Paseo Park also benefits from its two anchor parks. Both anchor parks provide an attractive setting to sit on a bench overlooking open space and just take a breather from stress. Both anchor parks likewise include a playground and restrooms. If you decide to visit Arbors Paseo Park in the later afternoon hours; I recommend parking at Tree Top Park then timing it so that you return there at sundown. The views of the sun going down over the Red Rock National Conservation Area above the bordering rooftops are a sight to see. Owing to the fact that stress does get the best of me, I have an appreciation for all the hiking paths in the Las Vegas Valley. I could so see myself returning to the Arbors Paseo Park. By ways of Pavilion Center Drive it is a short distance from Downtown Summerlin and Red Rock Casino Resort. It costs nothing and gives back so much in return. But and there is always a «but,» before I return to the Arbors Paseo Park there are a couple of trails that I plan to walk and ultimately share on Unilocal
