Had an appointment today with Dr. Talley, I’ve only seen her once before and decided to go back to see her for somethings I’ve been putting off, which I explained to the young lady who made my appointment. My appointment was @ 3:40. I was called back at 3:50, Dr. Talley came in at 4:00pm. I’m thinking not to bad for the wait time. I told her I had a little list of concerns. As I’m explaining to her I have a lump on my side that I’m concerned about, she doesn’t hand me a paper gown like every other Professional Doctor I’ve been to when having an examination. She ask me to slip my one arm of my dress and pull it down just enough to see the lump. So I said your not going to give me a gown? Her response… If you want one. Normally a Doctor just doesn’t have you stand up out the chair in the tiny room to examine you. They at least lay you on the examining table. As i adjusted my dress as she watched, then I sat back in the chair to explain my other two concerns which she said she would refer me to other other Doctors, that was fine. As I was going into my final concern with Dr. Talley she stood up said she doesn’t have anymore time for me and she had to go input all this information and if had any other issues I would have to reschedule to discuss those things. I looked at my watch it was only 4:12pm! I couldn’t believe she treated me that way. She was rude and seemed very uncaring and unconcerned about my situation. I would never go back, take my family there or refer her.

Staff can be rude at times but the biggest complaints I have are the long waits, typically 30 — 60 minutes past your appointment time and the in accessibility when trying to change or cancel appointments by phone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The wait times just to get a room were never less than hour and half-two hours. After getting a room, it’s almost another hour! This doctor is absolutely unprofessional, her husband is the office manager, so if you have a complaint it falls on deaf ears. I called in a complaint regarding an MRI that my spine specialist requested via fax and phone to have back surgery. Not only did Dr. Talley drag her feet,(3 weeks), but her office, after finding the request, lost it and a new one needed to be obtained. When I spoke to the office manager, he told me that if I wasn’t happy with this practice, I could leave and find another doctor. After scheduling a post op visit after surgery, I came into the office for my appointment and was THEN notified that Dr. Talley had dropped me, as a patient, and if need be, she had referrals for other doctors. Absolutely floored!

She is still as good as it gets. I have never had a problem getting in nor have I had an issue with anyone in the office. They are kind and always take there time.
