Why am I not surprised this place has horrendous reviews. All I have to say is terrible terrible terrible!!! Please I beg anyone who reads this do not get the«free» accessories that«come» with your upgrade, you will see them on your bill and they won’t let you return them! Please hope everyone reads this! They are scam artists just trying to make commission!

My experience at this location is both pleasant and bothersome. I finally broke my old Galaxy Note 2 and went here to buy, and finally try, an iPhone to see what all the hype is about. I walked out with the iPhone 6 Plus and got into my car right in front of the store to start tinkering around with it. For some reason it wouldn’t download my Gmail contacts and was giving me a bizarre error message I couldn’t make heads or tails of, so I called 611 support for help. The representative over the phone said she hadn’t even heard of that error before and asked me to remove and re-add my Gmail account — when I began to do that I noticed one extremely important thing on the iPhone — there’s no Swype ability when typing on the keyboard. The representative over the phone confirmed that Swype indeed does not come on the iPhone and is an Android feature by default only. Now, I’ve been texting, e-mailing and browsing on my Android phone(s) for the past six years everyday using this feature. There’s no way I can do it any differently. We did find an app for it, but you actually had to pay for it and that’s when the rep also mentioned that most app’s that are FREE on the Android, you have to pay for on the iPhone. What?! I don’t think so. I headed back into the store to rid myself of this awful device and get myself the latest Note 4. After all, I was only gone for 5 minutes sitting in my car directly in front of the store, so no big deal right? Wrong. I was charged a «re-stocking» fee of $ 50. I even spoke to the manager who couldn’t even be bothered to stand in one spot, walking around as I’m trying to speak to him, to give my issue the attention it deserved. His exact words, «I *really* can’t waive the stocking fee». So, what you mean is, you *really* could, but don’t want to. Dumbfounded I just paid the fee, left the store and called 611 again to get a credit after explaining to them the situation. They had no problems doing it whatsoever after hearing my story. The rep inside this location’s T-mobile store that helped me the entire time was named, Ricky. And, for everything that went down — he was great. Professional, courteous, polite, cool, calm and collected. Outstanding work by him. However, the store manager, Cisco, doesn’t understand the concept of «customer support». And honestly, he looks like he hadn’t showered in a week. So, I don’t know what’s going on there with that??? Definitely no concept of leading by example. At any rate, I probably won’t be returning to this location. It was crazy packed and I kinda felt uncomfortable here as it was like I had walked into a T-mobile store in South America.

By far worst customer service I left T Mobil because of the customer service and prices. I went in on plans of leaving Verizon but honestly I rather have polite customer service. I went and and was never addressed more so pointed at. To sign in but then told well I guess I will help you. I spoke with Luisita Iniguez she be far had the worst attitude. I was under the impression that I would save money she keep telling me that price online was for pre paid. In the end I asked her name and she said it I said can you spell that she looked at me like I was crazy and handed me her card. Then when I went to leave she made the smart remark you can speak to my manager right there. Honestly I will not be coming back to T-MOBILE and I will begin contacting corporate to inform them of this stores practices.

I usually go to a 1014 E charleston location because they always provide good customer service. Today I went to this location because it’s close to my house and I had to pay my phone bill. The guy that was helping me today(named Robert) had the worst customer service. I asked him a question and he answered me really rudely. Never again will I come to this location. I’d rather drive a little further and get better customer service. Ps this place doesn’t even deserve a star. Sorry but not sorry
