I had an issue with billing with Tmobile due to my error on a promotion that I thought was still going on. The rmployees greeted me right away and I didn’t have to wait in line like most other locations. They were able to resolve my issue right away! From now on I will strictly be visiting this store even though there’s another location right away. I believe this store has new management, and they have really turned this place around. Way to keep a customer happy in this highly competitive mobile narket.

You know when you walk into a place, you can tell how much employees dislike their job? Yup, that was what I experienced walking into this location. It was cool that we were greeted right away, and told to see him(Sam) at the register for help. Noticed he was still doing some paperwork for a previous patron, so no biggie. I just stood by and waited until he was ready. Explained to him that iPhone wasn’t working properly with wired or wireless headphones, and that I had gotten it diagnosed at the Apple store but didn’t want to cause any problems if they had switched it out for me, considering it was on their JUMP plan. He was blankly listening to me with glazed-over eyes that students give in class. Well, I found out that I could’ve switched it at Apple with no problem, and he was happy to send me on my way, so I had to insert a «but» statement… I was already there and wanted them to do it — I love going to Apple for their customer service, but the next appointment I could’ve gotten was for next week. $ 5 to process it was honestly nothing if I could just get it processed ASAP and through the mail. Oh yeah… Thanks for not inquiring if I wanted to pay the fee there even though you saw me ready with my wallet out. I think the saving grace was a manager that playfully called him out for looking a bit lost. Also kinda helped walk him through on how he was supposed to get my phone replaced. She even answered my mom’s inquiry about looking for older iPhone generations’ cases happily. All about attitude. A representative could give me bad news like I would’ve had to pay the full fee for my phone, but I would’ve been completely cool with it so long as they were nice and courteous(showing some empathy).

Pretty bummed that when I went in everyone seemed to hate their job and wasn’t too helpful. Since I wanted to save money I still signed up and switched over from AT&. the next day I brought a tablet in to switch over and the girl couldn’t stop talking to the other employee was about her commission pay. did she forget i was standing right there? On top of that she didn’t even give me information on the trade in of the tablet with out me asking. and in still waiting 3 weeks later for my galaxy tablet since she forgot to mention its on back order

My father and I had our personal information hacked in to and stolen from this location. Experian notified us about one of their employees accessing our information without authorization and acquiring everything from our name to social security number, address and ID number. I stopped in to try and gather some information and they weren’t very helpful. I’m stuck trying to figure this out on my own now. If I could, I would also give this place 0 stars. I’ll be switching to Verizon Wireless as soon as possible.

If I could give it no stars I would, the guy didn’t even know how to put the sim card in the new phone and initially forgot until my husband noticed. He made us download everything and do it all ourselves because he didn’t know what he was doing. The guy across from his station(screen facing us) was looking up massage places for himself. I’ll never go to this location again, I’d rather drive half an hour to another store before going here.

Probably some of the worst business I’ve encountered in a long time. Not only was I told countless coinciding things in person, I was also lied to over the phone. Over 4 exchanges in total and I still have no idea why I can’t get a cohesive answer. They’ve lost me indefinitely.
