Horrible company. Did not give any prices. Took away a small amount of water damaged drywall where the hot water tank broke. Maybe 45 minutes of work. Left two air blowers at my house. Came back the next two days to check area, once again never telling me a price. Turns out they charged me $ 95.18 an hour for two hours to come to my house for less than 5 minutes each day. Had to call the company to get the estimate to repair the damage. They then sent me a bill for $ 664.63 for the work they had already done and $ 631.18 to fix the damage.
This company has absolutely zero customer service and in my opinion is criminal in their business practices

There are not enough good words to descirbe this organization. No one wants to have water damage repaired, but they made it as good as it gets. From the initial phone contatct, to the initial home meeting to review the problem, to the great techs, it’s one of the best experiences we’ve had in Vegas in 40 years. Efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and clean beyond belief. Their very high standards are apparent in all they do and it’s hard to imagine any area where they could improve. Pride and care in their work shows in every thing they do. We would recomment them to anyone searching for a really trustworthy, reliable, and superior business.
