I stumbled into this Starbucks location one morning(ok one almost afternoon; it was a little after 11:00am) hungover from the previous night and needing to get something in my belly. There are two Starbucks located on the main floor in the Luxor Hotel and Casino, and this one is located by the West Tower Elevators. It wasn’t busy at all when I went, and I found the service to be good. I picked up some yogurt meets granola thing from their refrigerated case that I thought my stomach could hold down, and ordered a Grande Iced Peach Green Tea which I thought would help replenish my fluids without dehydrating me with all the caffeine. The tea was good, but could have used a little more peach flavor. The yogurt was OK, I thought the granola and strawberry flavors were tasty, but the majority of the yogurt was plain unsweetened Greek yogurt and didn’t taste very good by itself. There are a few tables inside and a few outside the Starbucks(but still inside the casino) so I sat outside and people watched while I relaxed. Prices may have been slightly higher than back at home, but nothing I noticed.

Longest wait of any Starbucks. Only 1 cashier and one barista working. Waited about 15 minutes for a tall Peppermint Mocha. That is terrible! I’ll go somewhere else for coffee next time.

Holy expensive batman! Since when did a medium coffee and wrap get to be $ 15? Just a normal cup of coffee will cost you around $ 7 here. Not to mention the attitude from the baristas when you don’t speak Spanish. I’ll stick to my coffee at home when coming to the Shopps at Mandalay Bay.

I came here and ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato, with ristretto shots, soy, and 5 pumps vanilla. Being a partner of Starbucks I repeated my order because it is not of the norm. However I received a HOT5 shot ristretto, caramel macchiato. My receipt said iced, and I was charged 3 extra dollars for my poorly made coffee. Unfortunately the poor girl that was working was ALONE, no one else on the floor… That’s why I am giving this licensed Starbucks a minimum of 1 star. Don’t leave your workers alone, let alone at a hotel that continuously has people going in and out. Thankfully Jonalyn was courteous enough to remake my drink, and was thoroughly apologetic. For her alone I give 4 stars. However I probably will never stay here, nor go to this Starbucks ever again. Along with everyone else I come to Vegas with.

My fiancé and I went here for a few cold drinks while we were waiting for her sister(we were all going to see the nearby Titanic exhibit). The line wasn’t very long, but the wait was. I wondered, why on earth is it taking so long? Turns out they only had ONE girl working behind the counter. Just one. I know it’s a small Starbucks but it’s in a crowded food court. The poor girl behind the counter(I can’t remember her name, but she was wearing glasses and working on Tuesday July 28th at about 3pm) had to take down orders, bring more baked goods from the back, and make drinks all by herself! She was very fast but there’s no excuse for the management do this this. The drinks she made were perfect and our cake-pops were fresh and delicious. Give her a raise or have more than one person behind the counter in the middle of the afternoon… seriously.

Long wait! Only two people working. One at cashier and one barista. They took my order wrong. Ordered a grande but was processed and made a tall. Had to remake it and get charged the difference.

There are three Starbucks Café in Luxor Hotel, the one on the main floor closing by the Hotel reception open all the time when ever we are passing by, I have no complain about the café price even you have pay a bit more($ 3 for a regular one), but for water it cost $ 7 /L is way… way out of hand specially you have to drink a lot on the hot day :(! We crossed the walk way to ABC(North from MGM) and pay $ 1 /L. The money saving for few bottles of water would buy you a decent lunch !

After my experience at this Starbuck’s, I honestly thought I was on an episode of «Punk’d» and that Ashton Kutcher was going to jump out and just say I had been pranked. Sadly that was not the case though. I ordered a Frappuccino without whip cream. For the record I hate whip cream. Anyway, I saw the woman making my drink and then pull out the can of whip cream to top it off. I said to her«No whip cream!» She then proceed to say, «OK, no whip cream» as she put whip cream on my drink and brought it to me. I then went over to the garbage next to her and she watched me scrape the whip cream off into the garbage. I then set my cup on the counter and was grabbing a napkin to wipe the whip cream that had fallen down the side and she came up and grabbed my cup and asked me «Oh, would you like more whip cream on this?» Sigh…

Got two venti Flat Whites. Made perfectly and left us a little room for adding sweetener. Service was quick and fast.

This is pretty much your average Starbucks, other than that it is inside of the Luxor Hotel & Casino. It was clean, the service was quick and the coffee was good.

Not having someone to «override transaction» on duty to fix a simple credit card charge error is not a great service for a big franchise.

Nice service, but long lines in the morning, just off the elevator by tower 4. Should put in more seating.

Wished people would quit their bitching and complaining. This is a starbucks. Opens at 05:00 conveniently inside my hotel. Yesterday, I ordered THREE different drinks AND three different breakfast sandwiches. The one lady working there whipped them all up for me with a smile no prob. Average prices for sbux Complaining about sbux prices? Bring your complaining self to a dunkin or McD for their nasty CHEAPER coffee and quit your crying. Were you expecting an intermezzo to cleanse your palate? Seriously.

This is a strictly grab-and-go Starbucks located on Luxor’s mezzanine level at the Food Court. This is not a relaxing, contemplate-while-you-sip kinda place. For one, the food court is a rather noisy place, and two, Starbucks itself has no seating here. There is a large, shared seating area for the Food Court, however. So you can probably find a place to sit down, but it will be like sipping your latte in a McDonald’s or Nathan’s Hot Dogs. If I was staying at the hotel I’d definitely choose to enjoy it in my room. But it’s a convenience if you are in the vicinity and need a latte to-go.

There are 3 locations of Starbucks in the Luxor, and I’ve been to two of them. One of them is near the lobby. That location is absolutely horrible, since the lines were long and the baristas there were extremely slow. There wasn’t even a place for you to sit at all since that small location was completely filled up. I also went to the food court location, and even though some long lines existed, the baristas weren’t as slow as the other location. And since there’s plenty of seating in the food court, you don’t have to worry about getting a seat to enjoy your coffee and pastry. The prices were high, but not as high as in Mandalay Bay. And they do accept Starbucks Cards for purchases at both locations. Do what you have to do.

This is in no way, shape or form an exceptional or good Starbucks. It was busy, and overall not super prompt with their service. However, it wasn’t really bad either, and after my super early morning flight to Vegas, I was just so darn happy to have a place to get a latte on my footpath in to my room in my hotel, that I could squeal. Thank you for rescuing my caffeination and my coherence with a latte, my friends.

This review is for the Luxor food court Starbuck’s. I like Starbuck’s to the point that I have a list solely for Starbuck’s that I reviewed and have been to 300 of their locations. However the Strip casino Starbuck’s pricing is off the charts. Besides charging steeply inflated prices for a late, they were going to charge me an extra dollar for whip cream. This makes me consider eliminating coffee beverages when I am on the Strip. Most likely that will never happen. In reality, I am a Starbuck’s fan that is a captive consumer when I am on the Strip.

Located in the back of the casino floor(right side) is this Starbucks. The staff are friendly and helpful. My husband and I got our coffee fix here and it was perfect! Next time I come to Luxor, I will come here for sure!
