Good location if you are up in the 215/Cheyenne area. Drive thru is not great if it gets to backed up your blocked in in the parking area. Some outdoor seating, which is always nice. Fast friendly service!

Clean Starbucks with plenty of seating inside and outside. The drive-thru is always crowded and seems to be most of the business here. I recommend just going inside to order. Baristas are cheerful and make drinks correctly, even highly customized drinks. If you have a complicated order, stop by here and it’ll be made right!

No lie… a guy making my drink literally wipes sweat off his forehead, finished my drink, and handed it to me – did this right in front of me. I puked in my mouth a little and won’t order mixed drinks when he’s making them any longer.

The only issues that I’ve ever had with this location was in the fall. They ran out of Pumpkin Spice everything all the time so I was forced to try the Gingerbread and the White Chocolate Mocha flavors. I ended up liking both of them but it’s just so inconvenient when you go and are intending to get your Pumpkin Spice Latte and told they’re out. This summer they introduced a Peach Green Tea and Peach Green Tea Lemonade. Both favorites of mine. I haven’t had any issues with anything else from this location other than what someone else said about them only serving Pike after 12pm. My boyfriend likes to have plain black coffee but isn’t a fan of Pike so it’s always inconvenient when we go together since he’s forced to order something else like tea. Every employee I’ve ever had contact with here has been very friendly and eager to please.

Usually a nice staff but wow, Alice today was so nasty. She didn’t let me finish ordering at the drive through, one drink and gave me my total and it was done, I didn’t have an option to order more. Then when I got to the window she made a disgusted sound when I pulled out my app and tried to grab my phone out of my hand. No, You Need To Ask First. Then She Threw The Drink Out The Window To Me And When I Tried To Ask For Napkins She Looked At Me And Walked Away.

Starbucks FAIL! Six employees, not one looked up to say«hello» or even to say«we’ll be right with you.» They all saw me, and mind you it wasn’t busy– drive thru or walk-in. I came in, first in line, no one waiting and they just looked at me… Yup they just all looked up. And there was this one employee refilling the cup Customer service FAIL!!!

This is my neighborhood Starbucks and it’s always nice to walk in or go through the drive thru! You will find Matt, Jesus(not the Messiah), and Alice(not of Wonderland) just to name a few! I have a special drink that is not on the menu that I like to order, and everyone always thinks outside the box to create it for me! My concoction includes: Expresso Banana Whey Protein Soy Milk Extra ice blended to make it thick! *No sugar or base! You can watch your nutritional intake by ordering a cappuccino with soy milk only, protein pack, turkey bacon or grab a Naked Juice or Evolution! I love walking into the intoxicating aromas of fresh coffee along with a welcoming team of employees that have smiles from ear to ear! I also have taken advantage of purchasing the Starbucks Verismo so I can enjoy cappuccino at home($ 59 on sale reg. approx $ 150)! I bought a Starbucks Verismo Frother and the price was minimal and more cost effective in the long run. I love to escape and sit down inside my home away from home to work on my books, Pieces of Victory or Memoirs of a Las Vegas Massage Therapist! The energy alone is invigorating and Jesus(again, not the Messiah) went the extra mile to bring me my bag of oatmeal with blueberries as I was on the other side of the store browsing at pods for my Verismo! He could have just called me over to him! Make sure you take advantage of the Starbucks App! You can rack up stars to get a free beverage or food! Use your card to purchase! You can easily transfer money into your Starbucks account on your smartphone(imagine that lol)! It’s convenient and they can scan your phone as opposed to carrying a card! It’s very efficient and you will stay abreast of Starbucks updates, sales, rewards etc. Thank you for always providing good service and accommodating my nutritional program! Pictures to come! Just left. Received the wrong food item again. Drinks are made to my requests probably 1 out of every 4 unfortunate visits. Customer service should get better to serve loyal customers with better consistency.

Let’s face it. We all go there. But most of us drink the coffee because it wakes us up. Not because it tastes soooo good. But the Starbucks drive-thru process is NOT efficient and timely. They should also consider a limit to be in the drive-thru line. If the person in front of me ordered 7 frapps, they should have to go inside. «Drive-thru, limit two!» Something like that. ANYTHING to make our early mornings less painful.

I wish they could get my drink right just 3out of 5 times. I would be happy with that. I ask for no whipped cream and although there’s a tag on my drink that says no whip someone with a robot mantallity puts whip. Amongst other things including a wild lack of consistency the whip cream seems so simple

I had just finished working on my mother’s 1966VW Beetle(She’s the original owner). I had oil and grease all over the front and back of my shirt from adding gear oil to the transmission from underneath the Bug. I had just finished adding the gear oil and asked my mother if she would like to go with me while I took it for a test drive. She agreed and off we went. Since this Starbucks is close to my mother’s house we decided that it would be a perfect place to take it for a test drive. I pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered the drinks by opening the driver side door as the window gets off track if it is rolled down. My mother ordered a Grande Hot White Mocha without whip cream and I ordered a Grande Salted Caramel Mocha(Delish!!!). The very nice and kind Barista taking the order told me the price, I closed the door, pulled up behind the person in front of me to wait my turn to get to the drive-thru window when I realized I had left my wallet at home. Since I was working on the Bug, I didn’t want it getting in the way while I was under the car. I felt really bad. I didn’t know what to do except tell the Barista that I didn’t have the money with me, explain why, and come back with it. We didn’t live that far away anyway. When I got to the window, I opened the door, showed the Barista my soiled shirt, explained that I just was taking the Bug for a test drive since I just worked on it and forgot my wallet. He told me not to worry about it and that he would give me the drinks anyway. I was taken by surprise. He wanted to give us the drinks anyway even though we couldn’t pay for them. Wow! I told him that I felt really bad and wanted to refuse, but the drinks were already made and they would have just been thrown out anyway, so we took the drinks and I promised to come back with payment. We got our drinks, I closed the door and I started to drive the bug out of the parking lot when I realized I had my Samsung Galaxy S5 with me. I have my Starbucks Gold Card linked to the Starbucks app on my phone and I have money on the card. I realized I could have paid with the app all along, so I quickly turned around, went inside,(all greasy and oily) and told the Barista at the drive-thru and the shift supervisor on duty(I believe it was Kyle), that I realized I could pay with my phone. The shift supervisor,(again, I think his name is Kyle) told me that since I came back in that he would comp one of the drinks, and again I was completely surprised! I didn’t expect this at all as all of this was my fault anyway, but still I received excellent customer service from the entire team. My mother and I enjoyed our drinks and an exceptional experience at this Starbucks! I want to thank Lyn, the store manager, for training his team so well. Lyn and Fish have always treated me with the exceptional, legendary service that made Starbucks a great company. Thank you too, Kyle(I hope that’s your name), for going the extra step to make me feel great despite the entire incident being my fault. You and your team are exceptional! Happily caffeinated, Chris

I have to give this Starbucks 4 stars. There was no one in line when I entered the drive through yesterday. The order was taken, the person at the register was very pleasant, and I was on my way quickly. It’s also a plus that this outlet is in the front of the shopping plaza where I sometimes go to the Walmart Neighborhood Market. I can get a drink going in or leaving and it’s very convenient. I got my drink in about the same time it took me to write this review! I’m a fan!

Pulled into the drive thru the other day for the first time. When I heard the Baristas voice I casually looked over at the menu to make my order and… I could see the Barista while she was taking my order! Knowing that most drive-thrus can see you but you can’t see them, this made for a much more personal experience. The location is great. The inside is peasant and presents a suitable atmosphere to chill in. Being that Buck’s is the apex predator of coffee shops, the coffee is as Starbucks does.

My profile headline reads: «Yelp is my diary, and my reviews are the written pages of my life.» This past Saturday, the Cheyenne Avenue at 215 Starbuck’s was a part of my life for a good hour. After a workout hiking up Lone Mountain, I was up to relaxing and keeping awake with a grande Starbuck’s drip with pumpkin spice syrup. This Starbuck’s was a good choice. This Starbuck’s stands off the north side of Cheyenne Avenue immediately east of the 215. It is a pad in the Walmart Neighborhood Market Shopping Center. Parking is plentiful for Starbuck’s customers that drink their beverage in the lobby. The drive thru is a convenience for the Starbuck’s customers on the go. Inside is a plush Starbuck’s that makes for a fitting place to relax with a hot beverage. The layout is elongated, which creates a few relaxing zones. On the east section of the lobby there are plush chairs and on the west section there is a separate room with a few seats. Throughout the lobby there is the standard seating arrangement with chairs and tables. With the counter in the middle, the sections at both ends of the lobby have a lower noise level. Reading the newspapers on my smart phone compliments of complimentary WiFi, I felt like I was in a lounge drinking coffee. The baristas that represent this Starbuck’s are friendly. They took time out from what they were doing to talk to me. They gave me a tip that is worth passing on: «If you purchase a Starbuck’s card, and have at least $ 5 on it, refills are free.» When they were not helping customers, they were cleaning. This is a plush Starbuck’s that was very clean on my visit. Because Unilocal is my diary, and my reviews are the written pages of my life, I will write about the places that I visit. And it is guaranteed that I will write about more Starbuck’s.

I have to go to the Walmart Neighborhood Market from time to time and can’t believe I never new there was a Starbucks in the parking lot! I was stoked. I went inside and was greeted by the friendly staff. I ordered a Venti White Mocha. It was spot on! The place was clean and upbeat. There is a drive-thru at this location which is a nice perk. I recommend this location!
