After not going tibthis location for some time went back due to being in a hurry… it was horrible. Coffee was bitter and drink left residue taste in mouth. took them to another location to be remade! What a waste of Tim. This location foes not live up to Starbucks brand!!!

Bad service here. In the morning hours when most people enjoy coffee, I would expect Starbucks to be fully staffed and properly stocked to accommodate customers. I usually shop at this smiths and enjoy a coffee while I shop. The women who work here seem frazzled so that concerns me on the quality of my order. I’ll drive down the street to an actual store where they can satisfy my caffeine needs.

Agree with the low stars. My carmel frapp tasted like it was made with old coffee. And my whipped cream was melted. The lady that waited on my was nice enough, got my order quickly, there was only one person in front of me though. If you want a good coffee don’t go here, but if you could care less, well more power to you.

So I avoid this Starbucks at all costs. No matter how good an iced soy latte sounds, t is NOT worth the disgusting looks that one of your baristas gives. She’s the OLDER looking one. Witch features and attitude. The past 3 times I’ve visited this Starbucks, I’ve had the displeasure of having her «assist» me. All 3 times had started with her completely ignoring, eventually walking up to the register, and then cutting me off mid order, telling me she wasn’t ready for me… ummm, there’s no on in line, and no drinks ahead of me. She needs to go. She is not a candidate you’d want representing your brand. I am disgusted and SHOCKED every time I walk in and see she’s still employed.

I start my day at this Starbucks and it’s practically like family! They know my orders and no matter how slammed they are, they always go the extra mile. Juanita, Cathy, Dahlia and the rest of the gang are awesome!

3 stars, I like it.
It’s a Starbucks inside of the Smith’s grocery store. It’s cool but its small; there’s only room for two baristas. So if there’s a line– you will end up waiting a bit.
There are tables/​chairs beside the stand; to chill and maybe grab a mag from mag section inside the store.
Friendly service, I approve.
