Starbucks

This is the best Starbucks. I ordered on my phone and went to pick it up. They had done one of my drinks incorrect (should have been hot, but they made it cold) No biggie, I went in and explained it to them, they were very nice, and apologetic. They made the new drink for me right away and I was out the door. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them says a lot!

The coolest decorated Starbucks in the whole SW. The baristas always get my beverage right and out to me quickly. As a former barista, I can say they’re one of the best locations in Vegas

the iced green tea and the caramel frap, my son loves the birthday cake pop. The staff is so nice too.

This is a convenient location with a drive thru. The baristas take drink orders and make drinks fast. The store is big and there is plenty of space to sit and study. However, the tables outside here are pretty dirty and the cream/​sugar section only had half and half.

I go to a Starbucks every day. I’ve even worked at one for a while. The baristas here are very nice, but they do not know how to make a flat white. I keep getting them and they come with NO. FOAM. Come on, guys. I know it gets busy, and it’s a pain to foam up the milk. But that’s what the drink is supposed to have. If I wanted a foam-​less drink, I’d order something else. And if I’m going to pay almost $ 5 for coffee, I WANT THE RIGHT ONE. I don’t have time to demand another one.

My favorite Starbucks! They always have a line no matter what but then again what Starbucks doesn’t?! It’s Starbucks! Anyways whether it’s been thru the drive thru or inside I’ve always received some of the best customer service! That ties in so well with efficient order takers and whomever it is that makes the drinks how they are supposed to be made, the first time! Because they are conveniently located close to my job they are always my first Starbucks of choice! I do admit the set up of the drive –thru is a little awkward and that incoming traffic on rainbow is a mess trying to get out in. Parking is non existent because it’s only about 3 – 4 parking spots that they share with the Einstein’s bagels next door! Other than that they are great :-)

I have the Risto here at the Starbucks on the corner of rainbow and flamingo. I never forget who I am and they always remember my drink. I especially like the flat white these days.

Love coming to this Starbucks. I don’t know if it’s the baristas or the actual coffee machine but each time I come here my drink tastes the same! I’m a creature of habit and enjoy my coffee to taste the way I expect it too.
I recently stopped consuming sugar so not getting my skinny non fat vanilla latte was going to be difficult. I’ve since been drinking a simple venti nonfat decaf latte. To my surprise the sugar is totally unnecessary. I love my mornings even more with this little sugarless indulgence!
This Starbucks has a great and speedy drive-​thru. Doesn’t matter what time you come, early or late there is almost always a line of cars. I will add that the line is cleared quite quickly so you don’t have to worry about being stuck for to long.
Parking at this location is a headache as there isn’t much. There are maybe 5 – 6 spots that are shared with the Einsteins bagel that is right next door. Be careful if you park in the bank parking as they have security and that guy tends to take is job very serious! Sheesh!
There is great outdoor seating at this location so you can enjoy a leisurely break outside with your pup if you so choose. They offer free wifi.

Had a great experience today at this location. I ordered a coffee and when the gentleman asked for my name, I was shocked that he took the time to find out the proper spelling. Little moments like these make a huge difference and essentially show respect and kindness. It only took a second and it made me feel special. Thank you for the extra effort that was truly appreciated.

These guys are good.
I get excellent service about 85% of the time. A couple of baristas remember my order.

The workers are typically polite and efficient. They are also yet to screw up one of my orders! So I will continue to get my morning coffee here, since the Tropicana and Decatur store is disgusting and slow!

I dont know about the driving thru but in the inside the ppl are so nice & the music its so great,(English, spanish). Ask for the Skinny venti Hazelnut latte. it’s not in the list. The place is very clean & very comfy!

I walked into this Starbucks that was not busy at the time (8:45am Sunday) and no one greeted me, no line and 5 employees all talking together just standing around. After a minute the girl finally walks over to the register and unenthusiastically asked me how she could help me. During the whole transaction she was indifferent and stone faced. She must either hate her job or was having a bad day. So sorry for her but very low standards for Starbucks employees. Never happened to me at Starbucks before. I will not be visiting this location.

I use this location frequently because of its location being the closest to my work. The traffic to get in and out is consistently bad. The set-​up of the drive through is an accident waiting to happen. This location seems to have more inconsistent quality in their drinks than others I have been to.

This Starbucks is alright. Their drinks are good but they aren’t as customizable as other Starbucks. I tried ordering things found on secret menus but they won’t allow customization of any kind. Not only that but their drive thru service is really hard to drive through, and parking is very scarce.

This Starbucks is speedy both inside and in the drive-​thru. The drive-​thru is a tad tiny and a bit awkward, so just know that before you roll in.

This Starbucks is Perfect! SERVICE is amazing! We love coming here eventhough it isn’t closer to us thsn the other Starbucks! Expect to be treated kindly. The Baristas make your drink the way you want it and they care unlike the other robot Barristas at other locations. We keep coming back to this place!

Come on now this is Starbucks how can they ever do wrong? I love the Java chip frap for a cold iced drink and for hot I love the White Chocolate Mocha mmmm yummy indeed.
This store is always great with service and I enjoy the drive thru option and convenient location not far from my home.
My only complaint is that I have to always tell them when ordering a drink «fill it to the top». Yeah you would think that is automatic but no it is not. I once got a hot coffee filled only half way on a Venti (large). When I had issued a past complaint to the Supervisor on duty she said inform when ordering to «fill it to the top». Yeah I know crazy right, but I do it because if I am handing over a 5 spot then I want a full cup!
