The staff was great, the store was very clean and most of all the donuts we’re delicious

I ordered a bagel sandwich that took almost 20 min and tasted bland and microwaved. The meat was still in a square like it just came out of a package and still a little cold. The rest was not any better.

Overpriced, microwaved, soggy flatbread. We got our drinks after a few mins of ordering, but waited 20 mins for our food, we were the only ones there and the microwave kept going off. When we finally got our food, it was really small and not worth the price. It felt and tasted microwaved. I would not recommend this place. You get better tasting food from a gas station.

Friendly service. We came a little later in the day so the donut selection was slightly limited but luckily for us there was one Pumpkin Cheesecake Square left. It was very good. It was filled with a pumpkin spiced cheesecake cream. Very good and very rich as one would expect from a donut. Wasn’t able to eat it all because though it was good, I can only do so much sweet. No worries though my fiancé gobbled the rest right up for me.

Slow service and everybody is too laid back. There was no sense of urgency to accommodate customers.

After being a Starbucks fiend the past few months thanks to work, I wanted something different. Recently moved out here in April and haven’t had DD since then. The service here is wonderful. Very polite, friendly and good humored. A bit out of my way, but I’ll definitely come back and often!

The staff at this location is always new and they never get my order right. Putting bacon on my bagel for an order with egg and cheese only. Today I wanted an egg and cheese on a multigrain, the staff member repeated my order back to me and was correct. There was only ONE multigrain bagel, which always seems to be the case around 10 or 11 A.M. When my order was ready the other staff member said multigrain toasted with cream cheese. I said that isn’t what I ordered and they didn’t have anymore wheat based bagels. I am so sick of giving this location chance after chance, but they ruin it every time! The only great and wonderful reason for going in there are the donuts and Victoria.
Maybe Dunkins should pay better so they can keep a competent staff.

Good location away from the strip. Plenty of parking. Good coffee for everyone.
There’s even two spots right in front of the place for DD customers only.

Tried their Butter Pecan iced latte Lite the other day… Delicious!!! The employees were so nice too.

Visted the Dunkin’ Donuts on Tropicana and McCleod just before we were to trek back home to California. My wife, a native NYer LOVES this place, as do I. We were very satisfied with the service of a young man, named DANIEL, at this store. He was patient while we assembled our thoughts for our order – we were using a $ 30 gift card, and wanted to make sure our order came out to the right amount. He had a very pleasant demeanor, and even offered us a taste of some donut holes, to «burn up» the last couple dollars on our gift card. I wish EVERY counter employee I’ve ever dealt with had the professionalism and attitude of this young man. The store itself was very nice, and our meal was fantastic! We’ll be back, on our next trip to Sin City – count on it! Thanks for a great experience, Daniel!

We rushed here ten or 15 minutes before closing because it was my cousins last day here in Vegas and Dunkin donuts is just not available in California … The moment we pulled up the lady was cleaning and as soon as she saw us she said «crap“and just looked angry rushed the drink orders tasted pretty flat my cousins were pretty disappointed … I know it was late but we only took 5 minutes in and out the service and drinks could be better … The donuts didn’t taste fresh either yuck! Go to the one next to the outlet mall here the service and drinks are way better! Don’t waste your time and taste buds here. My husband is a business owner and even though customers come in two minutes before closing he doesn’t get mad it’s money he serves with a smile and makes the drinks with care…

My fella and I aren’t super big on Valentine’s Day, but when we woke up on Saturday morning, I decided that I wanted to indulge the donut craving that he’d been having for weeks.
Just the night before, we were on our way home when he noticed this DD location for the first time, and got super excited for a lemon filled donut.
Well, I got up first thing on Saturday and drove over.
The location is nice. It was clean on the inside, and smelled like home. (I grew up around the corner from a Dunkin Donuts back in Chicago, and would go every weekend with my dad.)
Service was awesome.
The woman at the register was upbeat, and very friendly.
I ordered a lemon filled donut for my love, a double chocolate donut for myself, and a small salted caramel hot chocolate for us to share.
The donuts came right away, but my hot chocolate was taking a minute. One of the workers asked if I was waiting on something, and when I told them about my hot chocolate, I got 3 apologies. I really hadn’t even been waiting that long, but they were very apologetic about the wait.
Well, when I got the donuts home, we both were very happy. Fresh, delicious, and the hot chocolate was amazing.
This could become a weekend ritual for us, since its so close to the house… they also have an app that you can download, and it sounds like you can get «rewards» and free stuff with the app, so I might be looking into that too.

Poorly organized!
The specially made sign on the door clearly stated that Valentine’s week is their busiest week. That tells me they are aware of the volume and demand for their products. I get there at 4:58am (sign says open at 5:00a) and another customer is there too. They finally open the door at 5:08 and guess what?!? They only had 3 types of donuts ready! So much for a dozen assorted. By the way, the other guest, left at 5:05 he said he was going to be late for work. And these franchisees wonder why their businesses fail? Duh! I went to the other store on Durango. They told me that it’s because the truck was late delivering the donuts. Well their regional office needs to get on the ball then.

I LOVE Dunkin Donuts. Do I think they have the best doughnuts? No! Every time I come to Vegas, I always make a stop at Dunkin because there aren’t really any locations near where I live.
Service, the service is fairly friendly and efficient. You get what you want, you pay, and you’re out. I like that.
I always come for their Keurig K-​cups, they have a more robust taste than their regular packaged coffee.
Back to the donuts. I like that they have seasonal flavors like pumpkin. Their donuts aren’t overwhelmingly sweet. The donuts are a pretty good size, so you don’t feel too guilty for having 2 or 3 with your cup of coffee.

Waited all week to be bad & have some Halloween donuts but unfortunately this location didn’t have much to offer
Even the munchkins were lacking!

This location is THE WORST! I live nearby and have been forced to come to this one when I’m in a time crunch. I’ve never been here and waited less than 15 minutes in line and when you get to the cashier, they are out of everything I try to order. This happens EVERYTIME I come here. There is another location further south on Rainbow, I’d suggest going there.

I tried Dunkin’ Donuts for the first time the day before at another location & I was so hyped when I passed by this place before heading home to California. We walked in & automatically the girl at the register looked so annoyed to have customers come in. We were trying to decide on what to order & she was tapping her finger on the counter really loud. I settled for 2 double chocolate, my mom got a dozen of the little glazed balls, my boyfriend got a dozen of the chocolate glazed balls & a large hot coffee.
She took forever to get our order & when we checked, she totally got our order wrong. I mean, I know mistakes happen but she was just so rude to us & then she ends up getting our order wrong. Lame. I won’t be coming back to this location next time I’m in Vegas.

My hubby and I finally tried the hyped-​up Dunkin Donuts coffee, and I must admit, it’s pretty darn good! We also bought the pumpkin flavored coffee for our Keurig (only $ 5.99:))and they’re so yummy!!! The donuts were nice and fresh but I’ve honestly had better but the coffee still gets *****!!!

I’ve only had their iced pumpkin latte and a glazed donut. All I can say is, «eh, just okay.» I’m normally not much of a sweets pastry girl so to me, a donut is just a donut. A glazed donut to me taste the same no matter where you get one at.
Their iced pumpkin latte was SWEEETTTT!!! Good lords… me no likey. If you got a sweet tooth then these coffees would be right up your alley. I much, much MUCH rather stick to my beloved Starbucks… or a locals favorite, Madhouse Coffee.
I haven’t tried their flavored cream cheese and bagels yet. Once I do… hopefully I can update this and bump it up a star. And maybe next time, I’ll try a different kind of coffee drink.
Dunkin isn’t a bad place at all… just not a place I would prefer to get my iced coffees from.
