Southern Nevada Parrot Education Rescue & Rehoming Society

Southern Nevada Parrot Rescue (SNPERRS) is a wonderful organization run totally by volunteers. I first found them when I was looking for a Quaker Parrot to adopt. They happen to have one available on their website! I became a member first, filled out their paperwork, went through a home inspection process, which is really just one of their very experienced volunteers stopping by your house to visit and make sure you have a good home for a bird. A few days later I adopted my crazy female Quaker that I absolutely adore! They are very supportive and answered all my stupid questions, even came back to help with teaching me how to clip nails and wings and stuff. Really a great organization. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a parrot!
