Scrapbook Kyandyland

The Owner was really rude and they didn’t have hardly anything for sale. Don’t waste your time visiting this place. You’re better off at Hobby Lobby or a super Joann’s to find better scrapbooking and paper crafting supplies.

I have gone to a few scrapbook stores in the past, but I have to say this was a very emotional experience for me! So my father passed away and i was tasked with writing and reading his eulogy. After hours I got out what I wanted to say! Then I had the idea of making a nice peace with the euogly on it for my family across the country who couldn’t be with us! I was refured by a friend. I called ahead to explain what I wanted to get done and the lady I spoke with was very friendly and asked me if I could email her the eulogy so they could have it typed up when I got there! When I arrived it was written up and we went over it to make sure everything was spelt right and the commas and everything was where it needed to be. Then we went through tons of fonts, and she never once lost her patients with me! I wanted it to be perfect, and with her ideas added to some of mine it was and I left happy! They both welcomed me to come back with hugs and all! Only request was come back with happier times! And I will be back at the end of July!

I wasn’t optimistic when I saw the shopping center where this store is located, but was pleasantly surprised by all the new merchandise inside. Everything was bright and happy and the store has TONS of things to choose from! The owner was very friendly and helpful. She even offers a pick-​up service for customers without a car for a very reasonable price. (Clever woman!) If you can’t find something to love here, there’s something wrong with you! Seriously, you’ll be happy you came!

Loved this place and will definitely return next time we come to Vegas. Owner was super friendly and helpful. I got paper for my albums that I’m working on (yes, plural;) and was pleased with the selection. Paper and embellishments were very high quality and reasonably priced.

They have a lot of cool stuff, but I was looking for glitter envelope inserts and pink envelopes. No glitter envelope inserts. Pink envelopes are there, but not in a baby pink shade.

If I could give no stars I would. Every time I have been In the store, the owner is very rude. She is very snappy. I have gone back a few times thinking to myself, everyone has a bad day maybe that was hers. Unfortunately, I won’t be back in there because like I said I have given it a couple of try’s and it’s the same terrible customer service every time. I guess I’ll be ordering all of my supplies from now on. It’s a shame the service is so poor considering she is one of the only stores in Vegas anymore.

Love this shop! Just found this gem while running errands. Kyandy helped me find everything i needed for my birthday cards. Definitely check this shop out for some awesome and hard to find things. I could spend all day in there and will definitely be back.

this store is chock full of merchandise and great ideas. the owner was helpful she was working on an a layout when I arrived and I loved it so she let me take a picture and explained how to put it together for later. she give some great ideas and when I fell in love with a die cut ionly to find it was sold out in the color I wanted she ordered it for me and is having it shipped to my home in Los Angeles area. that’s what I call customer service she knows I won’t be a regular cause I am just visiting but she treated me like I would be coming back weekly. I will be returning whenever I in visit vegas about 4 times a year.

Love this shop! Such friendly service and Kyandy always has an idea when I get stuck on a project.
