Horrible company!!! the price is sky high, they asked $ 245.45 for replace the angle valve under my bathroom sink with 6 months warranty, $ 158.95 without warranty, ridiculous… We asked if we need to replace the new faucet he said would be another $ 150 add on, those are for labor fee only, that means each part will charge $ 150/​labor, I wouldn’t call this company again and highly recommend people DO NOT use this company

High priced as hell, 15 minutes Henry was here, ran 40 ft of snake in the sink and unclogged the drain. 216 bucks for 15 minutes is outrageous. I should have stuck with ANYTIME PLUMBING. WAY MORE PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST ! So even if your in a pinch id call anytime. Roto-​Rooter did get the job done and fast but never again.

Roto-​Rooter is always good when you need someone right away. You can typically schedule an appointment for the same day. I had them take a look at my leaking toilet because they took appointments after 5 PM. The plumber arrived on time and seemed to know what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem, and quoted $ 265 for labor only to replace gasket. Replacing the gasket involved removing the tank, swapping the gaskets, and re-​installing the tank. When questioned the cost, he described the work as, «a full rebuild». I also asked him to quote me a price for replacing the entire toilet. He quoted $ 318 labor only to remove and install a new toilet. I ultimately decided to replace the toilet since we have had ongoing issues with leaking. I found another reputable local plumber that replaced the toilet and disposed of the old one for $ 125. Beware if you use Roto-​Rooter. They are always available right away, but you could argue that they will rip you off.

Very, Very Expensive.
Good Service but Overpriced. I would have been better off going to a local Mom & Pop Company. Their service calls are at a premium.

Called roto-​rooter for 2 clogged bathroom sinks and was able to get someone to the house the same day. The service man was very professional and efficient. He gave me the final amount before he performed the work, so there were no surprises. He worked quickly and immediately cleaned up after himself. He left the bathroom spotless. I would highlight recommend this company. Thank you!

My bathtub had a VERY slow drain and I knew it was only a matter of time before it was completely clogged. I called roto-​rooter and was expecting to have to make an appointment and take a morning off of work to meet the plumber. However, I was greatly surprised to find they do evening and weekend appointments and they had an opening for that very night!
Jared the plumber arrived at our house between the hours promised. He diagnosed the problem and told us how much it would cost to fix. We had the choice to have the service done or not. There is no charge for estimates or for the appointment. We of course had the service done and he finished in no time.
From start to finish this was completely no hassle and worth the price to pay a professional plumber.
