Pure Cleaning

The worst cleaning service I’ve received ever.
I got several estimate to do a move out cleaning in one of our rental house that we have from several cleaning companies on Craiglist. Then decided to use this company because they were going to meet the other quotes and they have a nice looking website, and it look kinda professional.
After arrival they told me it was going to take 2 hours. I left thinking almost everyone else told me 2 maids and it will take about 4 – 5 hours. ok whatever, since the house was really not that dirty anyway, just major things like stove+oven, some stains in some cabinets and a little hard water stained in the toilets. Scuff marks on baseboards and door frames needed to be wipe down.
Came back 2 ½ hour latter and they were finishing up. I walked around the house to check the area mostly concerned with. In the master bedroom, the cabinets + medicine cabinets was not even wiped down inside, hair was still in it. I asked the girl to come and see she then wiped it down. Another bathroom, there were stained on the underside of the toilet seat, I pointed it out to her and she said she could not get those stained out. hmmmm, ok
I went down stairs and look at the kitchen, there were still gunk on the stove top brackets. and they said they could not get it out. hmmm, ok
I asked how did they get the gunk in the oven out and cant get the stove top gunk out. They said we just could not.
The inside cabinets, door frames, and marks on doors was still there just as it was. I pointed it out and they said it cant be cleaned. But when I’m standing there watching them, it did get a lot better after they sprayed and wipe it down.
I Then said this is not a deep cleaning, and it’s bad that they would say this is a move out cleaning!!! And they took a little over 2 hours when other companies said 4 – 5 hours“

OMG, wow poor customer service. So unprofessional. Anytime you do a job right, people would not have any complaint.
I paid them and was done with that.

Great Maid Service. I have a vacation home in Las Vegas and called Pure Cleaning. I meet with Monica first I give her a key to get in. She did a great job on my condo. My guests is alway say is a very clean apartment. Monica friend Adrienne is come to clean my place too. Both lady is 5 star cleaning. Highly recommend them.
