Great location ! But my main complain is the regular guy; i guess he is the managers second choice for the location. His attitude is really BAD! He shouldnt work with people if his attitude is that way .Just waiting for someone at the corporate office to return my call, I am sure after I talk to them I will get a better attitude and response. He is a good candidate for a ’ bully’.

Lily and Danielle were friendly and accommodating. They even try to save us money and help us maximize the space of our storage. Very informative and detailed. Made us feel secured to store at their location.

The staff at this location are extremely helpful and friendly. I truly do not understand the 1 star rating(I’m glad to see it’s almost 3 years old!!). My experience so far has been nothing but good. Truly. Above and beyond to help us. We also got a very helpful rate from the 800 number which was a nice surprise. We would recommend this location to others.

Chanti has been such a help for the last few years that I have been at this location. I would have love to stay here, but this location is too far for me. I recommend this location just because of there service.

This is the worst storage facility in the valley !!! They automatically gave me insurance on my unit when i told them i had it through my home owners. Charged my account for it and i had to fight to get the money back. My unit had to have it’s door fixed after someone pushed it in and the repair company stole property from my uni !. Nothing was done ! The main security gate was broken for 2 months. I complained, Nothing was done. The sprinkler company needed to change the heads in all the units. The cut off my very expensive locks and gave me 10 dollar locks in their place. A week after it was done i got a letter telling me they were going to do it. But i had already gone to my unit and FREAKEDOUT when new locks were on my stuff ! No apology just i could file a complaint if i wanted to. I did. What a joke ! The last straw was them sending me another letter telling me they were going to cut the locks off again to paint the inside of my units door. Really? The inside of the door? No on ever See’s it and it was perfect. I have never received an apology from them. I emailed corporate and got the district manager to call me back and leave a message. But when i returned his called and explained who i was he never called me back. The staff is polite but couldn’t care less. Always the same curt answers. «you can call my manager sir and make a complaint to him» What a crock !!! Needles to say I moved out and got a nicer place where at least the people are friendly. YOUHAVEBEENWARNED ! USETHISPLACEATYOUROWNRISK !
