When you’re driving to Santa Fe from Denver and you don’t stop in Trinidad and you don’t stop in Raton, Las Vegas is your next best bet for a meal(even if it’s less than an hour out of Santa Fe.) I was starving by the time I pulled in and even with Unilocal couldn’t find anything that seemed interesting but Pino’s kept coming up in my searches. Best huevos I’ve had in a long, long time and attentive service. This will be a regular stop on this road trip.

So, I dined here on Nov 132015. I have been here perhaps a dozen times over the course of several years. It looks very nice inside. The waitress told me they just finished remodeling the restaurant and was under new management, new menu, etc. I had the enchilada plate and I would say it was very good. I would certainly dine here again, and I look forward to trying other things on the menu. They serve the gold peak product iced tea, Which is my all time favorite and It’s simply the best in my humble opinion. My waitress, and the other staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional. They wore like uniforms which it’s refreshing to see at any restaurant, let alone a truck stop restaurant. Well done Pinos! I will be back.
