And, judging by the building, we weren’t expecting much… but we were wrong. Good food here at Pancho’s! We even went back another night with more of our family. A few of the items I remember trying are the enchiladas, their red chili, and tacos. All good. Tasted home-made, like it came fresh out of(someone’s) grandma’s kitchen. Good portions and good flavor. No complaints at all. Pancho’s isn’t much on décor. It wasn’t dirty or anything, just sort of dated maybe? A «greasy spoon» café… without the grease. Still, it was relaxing inside(maybe too quiet?), and the service was friendly – not overly attentive, but they were there when you needed them. Overall, I wouldn’t be opposed to going back at all. It’s a solid place to eat. It doesn’t pretend to be anything more than what the name states: a roadside café. So, if you don’t go in expecting more than that, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised like we were.
