We started shopping for a pool a little over a year ago. We have met with Isaac at Mojave Blue Pools as well as several other companies. Mojave Blue was one of the best prices that already came with the variable speed pump, quartz finish, and LED lighting that every other company was charging extra for. Isaac did not come across as a pushy salesman trying to get us to buy unnecessary upgrades or nickel and dining every little adjustment along the way. It took us a year to finally decide to build the pool and met again with Isaac to go over our new design we wanted. Once we signed the contract work started the following week. The only thing we paid extra for was extending the concrete patio down the side yard a little ways. Isaac also seemed genuinely interested in addressing any questions and concerns we had along the way. The work was completed in a timely manner and now we are just waiting for warmer weather. If I were to build another pool I would definitely call Mojave Blue Pools

Well… they never answered my email for a consultation… so I gave them a call and left a message (see previous post). I received a call back from an Issac a couple days later, but I was in a meeting so it went to voicemail.
When I called back it was the middle of the day again, it rang a few times and went to voicemail — AGAIN! Apparently they don’t have a receptionist. It’s been almost a week now, no call back.
If I can’t even get ahold of them for a consultation, I can’t imagine what would happen if I have issues with the construction of the pool or maintenance afterwards. No thanks, this company blows.

Mojave Blue Pools quoted me a price much lower than any other bid that I had received. I was very surprised to find that this included top of the line equipment and a design that I was very impressed with. I decided to go with Mojave and expected at least some of the headaches that everyone seems to have when putting in a pool. I had none. The process was simple and Isaac was great at answering all of my questions. We tweaked the design and materials several times during construction and he was always eager to help. Even when we decided to upgrade our materials, Isaac always quoted us a fair price. What’s more impressive is that when materials would come in under budget for him, he’d pass on the discount to us– despite us already agreeing to a higher price for the upgrades. I’ve never seen that level of honesty and service from a contractor.
In the end we got a pool and spa that we absolutely love. The quality is amazing, the price was much cheaper than his competitors, and the project was done on time. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Mojave Blue and we couldn’t be happier with our backyard.
