Here’s the thing… There is no lease, no contract and this is an extended stay facility in Vegas, where people more or less go to yard sale their lives, so keep that in mind. There is nothing new, polished, fancy, posh, lux, or modern about the Manor. That being said, if one needs a place for more than a couple nights, this is a definite go-to for me. The internet is fast enough(via ethernet under the desk BYOC), the entire place is quiet from around 9 pm until 5 am, and the never ending stream of odd characters that are about, they are nice enough if you make an effort not to be a stuck up holy-than-thou trustifarian. The Manor is not the Wynn, or the Holiday Inn, it’s just a decent place to shack-up when you are in a holding pattern between cribs.

People are so opinionated on this property. It is an extended stay, not the Ritz or the Four Seasons. So one should be aware of what amenities an extended stay offers(if any at all). And Im not just talking about this particular property. That statement applies to all extended stay properties here in Vegas. With that being said, compared to all the extended stay properties along LV Blvd(this includes Budget Suites, Emerald Suites, Crestwood) I will choose this property over the other ones in a heartbeat. My job takes me out of town 10 months out of the year. I got rid of my house 2 years ago. So whenever I am not working and come back to town I stay at the Manor Suites. In my opinion, this place is in better shape than the above mentioned properties. Previous reviewers mentioned«crack whores», «meth heads» and so on. I dont see any of that. If you want to see those people than you should try staying at Emerald Suites. This place is very quiet as far as your fellow neighbors are concerned. There is no loud music, people keep to themselves. As far as the rooms are concerned it is what it is. Sure everything is outdated(especially the tv). But to me, it is very comfortable. I have my own sheets, blankets, my own toiletries, and pots & pans. So I guess I am more prepared than most people staying here. With the 2 different suites I stayed in the mattresses appear to be brand new. So I havent experienced any bed bugs. There is no Wi-fi, but there is free internet if you have an ethernet cable. Not really sure what people are expecting when they stay here. When ever I need a place to stay for a week or 2, I will definitely come back here.

Had to stay here for about 2 weeks because we were looking for a new house to move into and the rate/terms weren’t too bad. You can rent out weekly or monthly so if you need a temporary place and avoid 6 month contracts with an apartment. Pet friendly The area is convenient if you like shopping. Literally a few steps away from the South Premium outlet and all the different restaurants to eat. Townsquare is a 3 minute car ride away. In terms of the actual facility, just read the other reviews. The place is an absolute dump. Shady people are walking all over the premise. The interior of the rooms were awful and dirty. There were blood stains on the sheets that I was sleeping on, the floors and carpets were absolutely dirty and grimy.

Avoid! This place is a horror show complete with meth heads and bums hanging around. Honey Boo Boo Child & Co above me are a nightmare and reception couldn’t care less. Never ever again.

I can’t even give this motel even 1 star. I just got into Vegas at 5p.m. that evening driving from Salem, Oregon for a job transfer, I was so tired and just wanted to get the day done. And this is what I found… Manor Suites. Not only did it smell like stale cigarettes around the whole complex, there were so many people out and about just loitering. I did not feel safe. When I got my room, I saw that the floor in the bathroom was missing tile and I would not be able to use the microwave because of it being busted. When I called down there to tell them about the microwave, I felt that I put the receptionist out. She sighed and said she would put in a work order for it in the morning. So, I began to unpack my things. As I was putting kitchen things away, there in the cupboard was a COCKROACH!!! Seriously? So that did it. I got a refund and got the hell out. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever.

Beware. Their«fully equipped kitchen» has nary a fork, plate, cup, pot, or even coffee maker. It’s totally and completely barren of anything that is usually found in a kitchen. And they call it an extended stay suite. So what are you supposed to do, show up with a box of kitchen supplies? The front desk manager told me to go buy paper plates. I left, and now they are trying to charge me a cancellation fee. Don’t stay here if you plan on cooking.
