Las Vegas Valley Community Management

A year ago the Las Vegas Cay Club, of which I am president of the HOA, switched management companies, going to LVVCM. We have had wonderful service from them, and have enjoyed working with them. Shortly after they took over, we discovered that we had a problem with our fire alarms not working. The fire department put us on fire watch, which meant we immediately had to hire people to walk the complex ²⁴⁄₇ keeping an eye out for fires. That was expensive. We had to upgrade our fire alarm system, which also was expensive, and we had to do it as quickly as possible to get off of fire watch. LVVCM performed admirably. We feel very fortunate we had LVCCM working to help us solve the problem, instead of our previous management company, who we later found out knew that our fire alarms did not work and did not even inform the board of directors. I give LVCCM five stars.
