Finally! We found a reliable pool service! Ron(the owner) is super nice, honest, easy to reach, and our pool sparkles like new every week! Our pool is a 12 foot deep, diving board, 50+ foot Mid-Century Modern beauty. The plaster is brand new and was completed a month before. The pool end also has an attached whirlpool spa. Fully restored as mint like new our pool had nothing wrong with it but we just did not have time to set the levels, learn about levels, blah blah. And we surely don’t have time to clean it weekly. We knew we needed an easy setup because everything is new… but at the same time we needed a pro to handle it. The initial setup ph balancing, checkup, filter check, motor check, suggestions was very reasonable. He also explained what it would take to change the pool to saltwater which we really wanted to do because we would rather not deal with chemicals. He suggested against it and that there is an easier less costly switch. Ron explained we could choose to use mineral packs which GREATLY lowers the use of chlorine(hardly any at all), help the environment and make our hair and skin not suffer the damage. Perfect! Ron gave us a great monthly service quote and we were on our way! After many trial and errors with other no show, no callback, or just plain old shady pool service companies… we are very happy for our sparkling beauty to be in the hands of Krause’s Pool Care!

This company misrepresented the price of services and did not fix my pool. Ron(owner) stated the minimum charge was $ 80 and that amount would go towards the repair of the pool. The guy was here 30 minutes and he charges 100 an hour. I should have had $ 30 go towards the pool repair. The invoice indicatedIn fact it was a service fee. I was overcharged for parts. The starter was bad on my motor. His technicin replaced it and one month later it is out again. When I called Ron was in the hospital but had no employees that could address the problem. In Rons defense when I complained about the issues he returned $ 50 due to being overcharged. Unfortunately the business is poorly run and now my pool is broke again with the same problem and I now have to pay another company for the repair I paid Ron for!

Dear KAREN, How is the business poorly run? Do you think I made the part that went bad? You were never overcharged either. What’d you do shop in Amazon and find it for $2.00 cheaper? I gave you the $50 because of how you acted (I can’t use the “c” word here). Sorry I couldn’t jump right out of the hospital bed for you, WOW!! You are something else! You were told about problems the rebuilt motors have but that was your decision. My guy was trying to do my job and his job in the middle of the summer and came back to correct your problem when you notified me about it. And you knew that I was in the HOSPITAL, but not a bit of understanding about anything on your part. You KAREN take the cake!!
