It’s really hard to keep pools clean in Vegas as most of you probably know. However, I am amazed every week at how clean my pool is. I am so much happier with Cole Brothers than the previous service we used. They are consistent and do great work! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service (and the pricing is very fair).
EDIT: I’ve since moved from Vegas, but my experience after the first week of using Cole Brothers went downhill fast. Each of the brothers would tell me different things, then one of them refused to return any of my calls, etc. My pool got dirtier after the first couple weeks. It was bad enough that I fired them, ordered pool supplies off of Amazon and did the maintenance myself.

Ted with Cole Brothers Pool Service does an amazing job keeping our pool sparkling clean. One thing we really appreciate is how proactive he is about resolving any issues that come up. We had a problem with a pool sweeper, and he basically rebuilt it, saving us the hassle and cost of buying a new one! Our previous pool service guy would have complained and told us to buy a new one, easy way out. Ted also has serviced our pool on extra days including a holiday when we needed it to extra clean for a party. He’s always responsive and professional. Fair pricing, ecellent service, and just a darn nice guy, Ted Cole and Cole Brothers are awesome.

So disappointed in the service. We noticed the pool wasn’t looking as good as it should so, we took water samples to 2 Leslie’s pools and NPS pool supply companies; the readings were off the charts BAD. Both pool companies instructed us to fire the pool guy. I expected our pool to be cared for, not disregarded and now we’re out about $ 600 in 2 days fixing what this company didn’t do for us over the last 5 months. I feel so scammed that I spent $ 75.00 a month for someone to basically skim my pool. From now on, I’ll take of my own damn pool.

I am so happy with cole brothers pool service! I own a rental property in Vegas and my pool looks so good I thought they must have put blue food dye in it! Night and day difference! It looked good before but, man, whatever they did, made a huge difference! It looks like a 5 star resort pool now! They take their time, go above and beyond with their service, and are just great to work with! I have a motto «it’s no fun to pay someone you don’t love». And I love these guys! Thank you cole brothers!
