I’ve been here for 5 months. The rooms are better than average. Maintenance workers are pretty good but the office staff are basically incompetent clueless or liars (depending on who shows up that day). They have had a lot if staff turnover so it might get better.
When we called to reserve a room we were told they had cable internet and microwaves. When we arrived they said no one told us they had microwaves, they were installing internet, and we had no remote for the tv. It took a month to get internet. It works sometimes now. The phones in the rooms do not work.
They have been doing a lot of remodeling which is primarily for show only. It’s basically a ploy to jack the rates up.
They have security but somehow they never show up when the trouble starts. Lots of domestic disputes, suspicious drug dealing-​like activity.
