I cannot say enough great things about this community! The entire staff is amazing and the apartments are the most beautiful in the area.

Lived here for two years. Perfect tenant. I pay my rent on time, and have had company twice. Area is horrible. Homeless people, with shopping carts, all around. You can’t go to any store, or business nearby, without someone begging for money. I saw a homeless woman, changing in the bushes, right outside the front gate. There are section 8 apartments right across the street. Cops are always there. There was a triple murder/suicide, at the apartments next door. I’ve witnessed two break ins, in the last 6 months here. The apartments are smoke, and mirrors. I believe they are 27 years old. My fireplace has never worked, even after maintenance has«checked» it. I recently had an emergency issue, where there was a leak, into the apartment down stairs. The leak was coming from within the wall. They«fixed» the issue while I was at work. When I got home, the toxic chemicals they used, caused me to go to urgent care. They didn’t even open windows, or think to call me, telling me I would have such a health risking odor. The maintenance guy even told me the problem was a clogged pipe, which they overlooked. They refuse to pay for my medical bill/prescription costs. Totally heartless. I’ve paid over $ 25,000 in rent, in two years, yet they can’t reimburse my $ 200. medical bill? Aside from that, they are way overpriced. $ 1100. + for a 1 bedroom? If you want a Summerlin zip code, go west of Haualipai. This is the most ghetto area, I’ve ever lived in.

This is my first review EVER! We’ve been here for a year and a half and I absolutely love this place! It’s literally walking distance to shopping, dining, movies, groceries and a huge library. The staff in the leasing office acts more like family then management. There’s a complimentary Starbucks coffee bar and they offer clean towels in the gym. The grounds are clean most of the time but if you find a mess it’s gone within the day. For the big things(plumbing, air conditioners…) maintenance is there the same day. The average important things(blinds, light bulbs…) it may take a few days. The small things may require a reminder. Complimentary carpet cleaning when you renew your lease. They have all kinds of community gatherings. Security patrols on a regular basis so I don’t feel scared about going down to my car at night. It’s super quiet here and you’ll never find people hanging out in the parking lots. My neighbors are so nice and helpful. You have access to all of the trails and parks on Peccole Ranch and the landscaping is beautiful no matter which way you decide to walk. The master bedroom is huge! We have a 5 ½ft long dresser, a leaning bookshelf, queen size bed, close to 4ft long storage chest, another 3ft long storage cubicle thingy, our nightstand and we still have room to add a crib for the baby on the way, if we like. HUGE! The only downside is we are leaving. We just renewed our lease this summer but we think it would be smarter to move back home to LA where we’ll be closer to family. I seriously wish I could take this apartment with us. Breaking your lease is expensive(over a grand) so we’re trying to sublet. I really hope we’ll find a place similar to this our next move. The ladies in the front office made this stay so much better. Tasha and Candice are the best and will help you with all of your needs the best way they can. Grace(the manager) is fairly new but she is sweet and very helpful as well. Candice once came into my apartment to help me kill a spider then swept my porch before she left. Tasha has me crackin’ up the moment I walk up to her. These ladies go above and beyond to make this feel like a home to me. Seriously, I hear people complaining about their management and I can’t say one bad thing about any of the ladies in the office. This is the best place I’ve ever stayed at and I’m going to miss it.
