Gamestop

This Gamestop is off Eastern, So of the 215 exit. We came here this past Sunday ¹¹⁄₂₂^nd to sell an XBox video game that my son no longers plays and get credit toward a new purchase of ‘Kontrolfreeks’ which help w/​comfort and accuracy for my son’s gaming controller.
Nevada Pawn Law requires the cashier to look at and write down the seller’s name and ID info from their State ID, Driving License, etc.
This specialty gaming store is packed w/​all sorts of video games, consoles & accessories, used and new, that are not available in many of the other retail stores.
We’ll be back again, I guess, as my son is a fan!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! My son needed to return a game that was broken, cracked at the ring of the disk, and should have been covered under the extend warranty I purchased from GameStop. Upon entering the store, no welcomed us. Really, Come on they weren’t busy, They only had one other customer in the store. Went straight to counter to exchange the game. The guy there saw us and he continued to doing whatever was more important then asking us if we needed some help. Finally after I spoke up, to let him know we needed to make exchange. He stated to me that he was busy doing something, therefore he could help us. Whatever happened to the customer being top Priority!!! I’m not sure what he was doing or why he had be so rude about it. Hello your in customer service. If I don’t come in to buy from your store you would not have a job, jack ass. This really grinned my geers and set me off at that point. Finally, the other employe return the counter to help us. I began to tell her that I needed to exchange a game that we had a GPG warranty on. Right way she told me it was not covered and that the game was trash. I was beyond pissed off because her statement was wrong and the GPG warranty covers the damage that had occurred. As long the game was not broken in half, so therefore its covered. I had few nice loving words for her and Mr. I’m too busy to do my job as I left. Went the game stop on Eastern and St. Rose. Which is my fave one to go to. They exchanged the game without any problems!!! I told them what happened and they were shocked. They renewed my GPG warranty for free because of the trouble I had at the other store… Avoid this store at all cost. This not the first time I had horrible customer service at this location.

Never has the best deals but when you need your video game fix well you know where to go

So I went to gamestop with a buddy of mine to trade in my old Xbox 360 and preorder the next call of duty for Xbox one. The cashier was on the phone for a solid 10 minutes while I held my box full of xbox stuff and a copy of destiny for the xbox one that I hated. My buddy john came with and bought an xbox one and was going to buy destiny when I told him he could have my copy. So my buddy takes his xbox one and destiny to his car, the cashier who after 10 minutes of making me wait said that he would not accept my trade in etc cuz I stole business from him. Jeeze I’ll be damned I should have went and told john to take his Xbox back but he did get a good deal on it so… O well. Thanks for being a jerk bud.

Horrible customer service… Gave me run around 3 times while attempting to exchange a system. I’ll take my business else where.

This gamestops been one that I’ve been going to since they first opened. I’ve been to over 10 different locations in town and this ones by far your best choice for gamestops. Its a very large store and very clean. They have a very large selection to choose from so chances are they have the game you want. The lines are the only thing I can complain about here, but the process of trading flgames in can take a while, so just browse around till your next. Also go when the manager is around, he will help you get an even better deal.

I’ve been to many gamestops and I always keep coming back to this one. The customer service is amazing everyone is really nice an helpful even though its constantly packed in there. I get great recommendations there and bob is awesome he knows his stuff!

Well another foray into land of the What the F*€k. I chose this Henderson location to exchange a broken controller purchased from the «worlds worst» GameStop on Windmill, in hopes of a better experience. I arrived, just to sit in the parking lot until five minutes after opening, waiting for Dildo Baggins to lumber on over to unlock the door. Finally, got to exchange my controller, salesman said this one felt «nice and spongy», got home to find out the latest controller was also wrecked. This GameStop gets 2 stars only because the salesperson was conscious.

I used to live in this part of town and moved accross the valley. I’m still buying games at this location though.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff, these guys know their games. sometimes the line backs up on you a little though. it’s a location thing
buy games from these guys, they’re cool. great selection of used games… which reminds me, i need to visit again lol ^_^

Always a helpful staff and I usually find what I want here. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is that I don’t always find what I want if I am looking for something in particular. They usually just have mainstream stuff and a limited selection of accessories.

Gamestop pretty much owns the market on used video games, so this is where we go to get the goods.
This store can be busy, but it has a larger floorplan and does not feel as cramped as some of the other locations. There is usually only two clerks working the register, and one of the customers always has a box of stuff to return along with a vague idea of what they want, Thanks to the larger floor and the demo units, a person can occupy themselves while waiting to be «next»!

i usually never step foot in a gaming store especially since i barely play video games. but since i’ll be in vegas for awhile and my parents have every single gaming system known to man. i might as well do something to pass the time!
i’ve been feeling fat lately so i decided to go on exercise routine. this consists of running on a treadmill. doing the ab pro machine. and lifting some small dumbbells lying around the house. (did i mention they have every exercising equipment know to man too)
anyway. i decided to throw the wii in the routine as well. i’ve been on that just dance game so i needed something different.
i saw a commercial the other day on tv for the zumba game.
yay to my surprise i stopped in last night and they had one more left!
comes with a belt and all to wear the remote around your hips. this is going to interesting.
but in all. the store was nice, clean, and organized. the big salesman was informative and helpful. and my game was also on sale.
can’t get any better. :)

I love this place, you can get great titles for cheap if you buy used. Normally you get good stuff even if it’s used. If it is busted they will replace it. I got my Nintendo DSi XL here. They remind me of a place I used to go to a place called Gamers on S. Rainbow near Spring Valley by Vons. Oh well, Gamestop is awesome.
Not a lot of cash but want a cool game, try Gamestop, you may like it.
