Fossil Store

I don’t know why I keep coming in these stores. I never buy anything. Not true, I bought a money clip several years ago and it stopped working within days. Therefore I associate junk with the brand. Too bad; a lot of the products (including mine) looks nice.

Great experience here at the Fossil store. The folks here were really nice and knowledgeable.
The layout was very neat and there was a lot of variety. A time piece for everyone.
I settled on a black piece with blue and silver hands. I also got a leather band to switch out the silicone that it came with.
It was a birthday gift too, so it made the experience extra special too. The staff also said happy birthday.

I brought one of Ruben’s watches and two of my watches to have their batteries replaced while I was at the mall. The cost is $ 10/​each and it takes very little time if an associate is available.
As I was shopping today, I was assisted by Celeste (store director) and she was so wonderful! Sharing details of specific products, checking on me periodically, retrieving new versions of items I was purchasing, and keeping me updated with the battery replacement. She was enthusiastic and fulfilled requests promptly. It was a great shopping experience!
We love their watches! Great quality and lots of popular styles. I tend to lean toward their stainless steel and ceramic options with multi-​function. I have no qualms about any of our watches and we always receive compliments. The prices are the best part; I’ve seen them range from $ 95 to $ 225.
They also have nice leather accessories and stainless steel jewelry (gold, rose gold, and silver colors). I’m particularly fond of the stainless steel pieces because it’s rare to find costume jewelry that doesn’t tarnish easily. I have a few of their bangles and they go really nicely with my other bracelets. There is a newer line of adorable charms and I finally got the camera! There’s a really cute anchor with rope, Eiffel Tower, Golden Gate Bridge, engagement ring, hot air balloon, and stand mixer — just to name a few of my favorites.

Okay normally I would never write a review about a retail clothing salesperson. They usually annoy me. But I love watches and I went to Fossil at fashion show mall while on vacation and Courtney helped me. Although I didn’t end up buying any watches, as I was looking for something very particular, she was very patient, polite and optimistic the whole time. I felt like she «got» me and respected me. And that didn’t stop when it was a «no sale». I know retail can be thankless work. But Courtney is doing Fossil proud. I hope they promote her and keep her. She more than deserves it! And that’s a big compliment because if you read my ratings I am one tough customer. Thank you Courtney!!!
