Bang & Olufsen

Skip this place the employees are beyond rude they need their own category. The epitome of bad sales. Absolutely disgusting a real embarrasment to this brand.
To the salesmen in the shop today YES we know B&O is expensive WE FREAKING OWN IT.
We took a friend to Fashion Show Mall to exchange some sunglasses. While he was taking care of his business we sauntered into B&O to see what’s new my husband was in a playful mode today. The two elitist salesmen in B&0 reacted as if a gang of high school kids had just walked in. Hubby was looking at a system and trying it out to see how it worked. The guy behind the counter wasn’t having it. He kept saying let me show you, let ME show you. Hubby said, no I would rather figure it out. Then this clerk says to him, this equipment is VERY expensive it’s my job to show you.
While this clerk was «educating» my husband the other genius tells us we should’nt be sitting on the leather seats because we might get wet. My son (adult) asked why would we get wet, he says because I just washed them. Oh I’m sorry SUPER genius you washed the leather chairs. BTW they weren’t wet, but they obviously didn’t want us in their empty store.
I can not believe that Bang & Olufsen actually pays these dim witted people to chase potential clients out of their store. No wonder they have no reviews or check ins.
DON’T SHOP HERE, I think the only way they will actually service you is if you are holding your cash in one hand and your financials in the other.
