Fany’s Tailor & Dry Cleaning

Disappointed would be an understatement. Having had a few bad experiences with my last dry cleaner, I thought I’d found a good one here, but I went to the wrong cleaner in this shopping center.
The disappointment began when I dropped my clothes off on a Friday, early morning, expecting to get them back the next day. Well, this location doesn’t do next day, as advertised, so I had to leave work early on Monday to get my stuff.
After my bill was over $ 50, I talked to the guy, who told me how they gave every person and piece of clothing utmost care. I’d hate to see what their people do when they don’t show such «care.» I explained that several of my shirts were just new and needed a press, but they came back with wrinkles along the sleeves. In addition, my brand new, never worn, white dress shirts came back with black scuff marks on the cuffs.
That’s bad enough, but the pressing was sadly lacking in quality. The collars were pressed folded out, so the collar came out with an odd shape. I’ll probably need to re-​iron the new shirts that I took for that very purpose. I won’t be returning to this cleaner.

Great place for tailoring. They have done all of my wife and I’s tailoring for a couple of years and always do a great job. They always accommodate our completion time and everything is always perfect. Dry cleaning is always timely and items are done right. They have done many designer suits and clothes and never a problem. See the actual tailor for your tailoring, she is great.

I had a difficult hemming job for a party dress. Fancy did a great job. The dress looks wonderful.

I want to give Fany’s Tailor and Cleaners five stars. I really do. But half the time I come, they have to go and manually search for my clothing because they don’t have them organized on the rack very well. I’ve had them hem six pairs of pants, fix a dress, and they do all of my dry cleaning. I feel they’ve done a great job and truly, the «not being able to find my clothes sometimes» is my only complaint. The service they provide is otherwise excellent.

Went there about 10 times for cleaning as well as alterations. Cleaning was fine but alterations were disappointing. They didn’t do an original hem on my jeans and I was pretty clear about what I wanted. They lost my business, there is better elsewhere, keep looking.
