Elements Massage

I came to Elements for a lymphatic massage after having surgery and being really really swollen with lots of scar tissue. Tina really transformed me! She knows so much about the body and took time to explain to me exactly what she was doing and how it would help my recovery. After just one session my body had loosened up and a lot of the knots were gone. She is very gentle and gets deep at the same time. I seriously love her! Elements has a bunch of package deals so make sure you are on their e-​mail list. I just scored a package of 3 60 min massages for only $ 150 for their three year anniversary which was a killer deal!

I joined their wellness program about a year ago and I absolutely love it here!!! Everyone I have dealt with here is very nice. If you have knots, then Gina is who you have to go to. She’s magic, I’ve gotten massages from many different massage therapists and she’s definitely the best.

I have been going to Elements for over a year and love this place. Great therapist and I am always able to book last minute if need be. Amy does an amazing deep tissue. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing or more therapeutic massage. Front desk is always so nice.

My wife and I each had a 90 min massage at Elements Spa yesterday and it was a 5 star experience. They have an introductory discount for first timers which was a fantastic deal. We both compared notes and agreed that both our therapists, Rubi and Lili, were fantastic. We have had trouble in the past with therapists not using the correct pressure, esp for me, and it was not a problem with the girls. We are understandbly sore today after they dug out the knots in our back but we feel amazingly relaxed. Sue, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and gave great customer service. Elements was clean, relaxing, and exactly what a day spa should feel like. No pushy sales pitch at all but they do have a program. We will be back when we are back in town!

I’ve had two massages here, both times Gina was my therapist, and they were the best massages of my life. I love the people, the massage was amazing, and there are no high pressured sales!

Purchased a Groupon and was assigned to Amy for a 90 minute therapeutic massage I believe it is Amy M. She didn’t excellent job and I would highly recommend. I had the best neck massage and mild traction. My neck felt wonderful all day. The spa is extremely clean and feels like going to the four seasons. Everything is nice and quiet peaceful tranquil. I do have to give a shout out to Amy for being so professional and stating that this was my time to relax and that she was going to be quiet now. It is so difficult when you go to massage places that the massage therapist is so chatty that you can’t relax. I had a great massage.
My massage was 9 AM and I actually had just woke up went for massage felt like it fall back asleep again and then went home and took a nap for an hour and a half. I have not been sleeping well lately so this was such a treat to feel so relaxed that I was able to take a nap. Thank you

Simone was incredible! She knows exactly all the pressure points and what needs the most work. As she was massaging my back its like she was reading my mind concentrating on my shoulder blades that felt the most tense. I was going to ask her to massage them more, but somehow she knew. Definitely going back to see her.

I have so much neck and shoulder pain due to always being on the computer. Dylan was my massage therapist and he did an amazing job! He knew exactly where all the tension and knots were. I never had a message therapist who is this spot on. I felt so relaxed and lighter after my massage. I definitely will be coming back!

Wow. I have had many pretty OK massages over the years in Vegas, but none has been like this. It started as soon as I walked into the beautifully-​scented lobby and was greeted by very kind receptionists. My therapist, Mae, was the best ever, hands down (no pun intended). Her medium touch was just right, and bordering on firm, which I greatly enjoyed. I was there to zone out for 90 minutes, and my mission was accomplished. It was a true 90-​minute massage, and I felt like I was walking on a cloud on the way back out to my car. Memberships to anything seem like a scam to me, but I am strongly considering signing up for one here. Cannot wait to return.

Always a great massage here! Today we had a couples massage. I had Veena and having her for the first time was great! She really worked my shoulders and back. We love Elements and they always keep us coming back with specials and coupons. Thank you.

My masseuse Amy was awesome. She catered to my needs and did a very good job. The atmosphere is relaxing and just hit the point. I went atv riding yesterday and fell off the bike. Amy did some circulation technique that centered to all my sore areas. Overall great place and great staff.

Today was my first time at Elements, and I had Gina. She is very knowledgable and gave me an amazing therapeutic massage. The women at the front desk are also very warm and welcoming. I already made an appointment for next week.

My review is for 3÷17÷16. I was a first-​time customer and found out about this place through Groupon. I have heard of this place, and when I got the groupon email I decided to check out their website. I decided not to buy the Groupon because their website also advertised the same introductory $ 59 price for new customers.
I was in desperate need of a deep tissue massage and signed up on their site to check appointment availability. Not being able to find one for that evening, I called and the receptionist was able to squeeze me in at 8pm. Yaaaay!!! She was super nice and took the time to explain the packages and first time rates available.
My massage therapist was Dylan, and he did a great job getting most of the knots out of my neck and shoulders. He knows what he’s doing, and I appreciate that he didn’t say anything during the massage. I can’t stand it when massage therapists are chatty during a session, so I was so glad he wasn’t. I’ve had a lot of deep tissue massages (and a few bad ones) and this one was excellent. I felt so much better for 3 or 4 days after the massage, success!
The facility is small but very clean, quiet, good location, and lots of parking. I also really like that the receptionist was not pushy about purchasing any memberships, unlike other comparable massage places. Sure, non-​member rates are a bit pricey, I think she said $ 89 for 50 minutes. But I think that is still pretty fair, especially compared to the hotel casino spa prices. Open til 9pm 7 days a week. I really had a great experience so when I am in need of another massage, I will be back for sure.

I had a year-​long membership at Massage Envy and I’ve been to Elements four times. I have enjoyed all of my visits to Elements more than my visits to Massage Envy, which consisted of visiting multiple locations all throughout Las Vegas. I don’t mean to bash Massage Envy, but I felt the lobby was always crowded and there was zero spa feel (which I know is kind of the point). Also, a number of times at ME, they didn’t have my appt by the time I got to the location, even after they’d confirmed with me on the phone, which is super super annoying! I always tried to be understanding and nice about it, but that’s seriously bad business!
At Elements, the lobby has always felt pretty open and not cramped at all. The front desk receptionist has been very helpful and friendly each time I’ve spoken with her (I believe there are a few), appointment scheduling has gone smoothly every time, and she has made sure I had a good experience, even when I had to do a late cancellation due to a last-​minute obligation.
They have the option of purchasing a membership like you would at ME, but they also have discounted packages without the contract. I personally bought three 90-​minute massages at one time and saved myself $ 60. That’s a lot of savings, if you ask me.
The shopping center it is located in is nice, right next to a salon and The Martini. This may not matter to most, but to me, if I’m going to have a spa-​experience or spend time and money to relax, I want to feel relaxed from beginning to end. Driving into a nice shopping center, easily parking, seeing clean well-​manicured grounds outside and walking into a serene establishment is a pretty good start. Top that with experienced massage therapists and great customer service and you’ve got a 100% relaxing and positive experience.

I found this place through Groupon. Pretty pricy but well worth it. Customer service is excellent. Receptionists are very friendly both in person and over the phone. They are able to squeeze me in if I really need a massage.
My first masseuse, I forgot his name, was ok but my second time around, I found Amy and thank god I did because she really is a miracle worker! She is able to find my problem areas and work tirelessly to relieve me of my discomforts. For a tiny lady, she sure does have some strong hands! I need very deep pressures on my back and shoulders and she is able to provide just that and more. I wish it could be cheaper since I do need more than a monthly massage, but then again you get what you pay for.
I would have to say that Amy had given me the best massage I’ve ever had!

So I haven’t had the chance to touch base with Sue since my initial review but apparently she was keeping tabs on me (not in a creepy weird way, don’t worry… just read on lol) and this warrants a bump up to 5 stars for her amazing customer service skills.
So I visited Facelogic recently and apparently, Sue who manages (owns?) this place is also affiliated with Facelogic (I belive she may be an owner of that business as well).
After seeing my less than stellar (though not awful) review of Elements, she apparently kept tags on me and comped my facial at Facelogic on my most recent visit!
It would be great customer service if she had comped a service at Elements but to comp a service at another business she owns? That is some seriously amazing customer service! I will definitely be frequenting both businesses again in the near future after this incident.
I was seriously stunned when they told me Sue from Elements comped my facial at the end of my session. Yes, I know my standards are sometimes ridiculously high having come from NYC but this kind of customer service is seriously phenomenal and something I would never find in a big city.

The owner, Sue, is super kind, professional, and very good at explaining everything.
I have been frequenting massage places all over the United States, and shockingly, there are not that many in Vegas that isn’t a foot massage place or in a casino/​hotel.
The price… it’s on the steeper end in my opinion. $ 89 for 50 minutes at the end of the day comes down to about a 41 minute massage. You ask why? Well, the masseuse came to retrieve me about 3 – 4 minutes after my appointment time. Then, you get into the room, and take off your clothes, and wait for your masseuse to come. That just added an extra 5 minutes on average. The massage itself comes down to about 41 minutes at best. Most places I have been to offer 60 minute massages.
The other thing that lingers and bothers me is that, my masseuse was walking out a customer 3 minutes after my appointment time, and got me to go into his room immediately after. I don’t know when he would have had the time to change the sheets on the bed if we were back to back? I just hope that this is just my assumption.
The quality of the masseuses– I’ve only had 2, but really enjoyed Antonio. He was very good at deep tissue, highly informative about the body, and really got into my knots. He’ll be my go-​to guy at this place. Joey was the other, who was sweet, but I personally prefer my massages to be a bit on the deeper side.
The place is clean, and I really like the level of professionalism that they offer here. There is a membership you can join where you would pay $ 79/​month for your first 50 min. massage (and must visit every month) and any subsequent massages are $ 39 for 50 minutes. You can share this with a family member of friend.
If you’ve got a family of people that all need massages, the idea is the more you go, the better deal you’re getting within the month. i will have to give this place a couple more go’s before I commit.
