I have Dr. Tolan. If you want fast service, don’t go to him. Don’t go to this office. You never get threw to the Drs when you need them after surgeries. They make your appointment at 2 and you don’t get in till 3:30. Might as well make my appointment for later if you can’t handle the flow of patients. They were out of network for my insurance and they don’t do monthly payments. I had to get my surgery done and they took out my tonsil stones and deviated septum. It didn’t make a difference in my breathing. Have to go somewhere else to get yet another surgery.

Transferred review for the new location: This review is for Dr Tolan and his staff. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment with the completed new-​patient papers in hand. I was ushered back to the exam room about 15 minutes later and seen by the doctor within 5 minutes of that; quite respectable time management on their part.
Reason for visit: chronic clogging of both ears along with decreased hearing. I was convinced it must be a tumor; it just had to be! Initial exam of the ear drums showed no abnormal amounts of wax build up; yay for good hygiene? Then comes the fun part… a nasal spray to numb the nasal passages in preparation for nasal endoscopy. Oh boy here we go; it’s time for tumor extraction. Thoughts of the scene from Total Recall going through my head… negative, tumor free! Off to the audiology booth I go; the silence is deafening inside of there but I love a challenge and pass the test with flying colours. A few minutes later it’s back to see Dr Tolan for the low down. He preferred I take a conservative approach at first and try some allergy meds. At a later time we can discuss having tubes installed. I appreciate the conservative approach prior to jumping in with a potentially dangerous surgerical procedure.
Throughout the visit, the doctor never seemed rushed, answered all of my questions in detail and spent more time with me than most practitioners do these days. So far, five stars all around.
