I’m giving 5 stars because out of the the six companies I called since Wednesday of last week they were the only ones that were available to come out and give me quote. I found them on Unilocal on Monday (yesterday) and were able to come on the day I need carpets to be cleaned, which is today Tuesday!!! Price was fair and not over price like others that gave me a quote over the Ph. I will be calling them again.

I like to keep a clean house but after 16 years of cooking in my kitchen, I wanted a good scrub down. I knew Carlos was expanding to include home and office cleaning as well as carpet’s and tile so I asked him to clean my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I set a date and as things happen I had to reschedule. The problem was that I had to have the cleaning done in 3 days. Carlos made it happen, I could hear the gears working in his brain as he rescheduled his cleaning crew to accommodate me.
Customer service is the best.
My kitchen and the bathrooms look like the day I moved in. Every nook and cranny was scrubbed spotless. If you are looking for a carpet cleaner or a whole home or office cleaning company, just give E Crew a try. I could go on and on how happy we are with this company but long reviews are time consuming.

Very professional. Did a phone estimate first, they came, measured the house and what only honest companies do: They reduced the cost.
They did carpet & tile on tile on my home and was very impressed with the crew. Respectful, clean and efficient. I worked with other companies before and they usually add miscellaneous fees for stains or hair removal. E crew did not charge any additional fees and did an excellent job.
I highly recommend this company.

From the first contact I had with the E Crew tile and carpet cleaning services I was impressed! I called asking questions about my tile but was looking for carpet cleaning as well. I was comfortable with all of the answers about my grout and the insane amount if stairs I have that are carpeted!
The quote was so reasonable that I couldn’t resist! I had called several places for a quote and many of them were unable to answer my questions. MostIy got the ‘the technician will have to tell you when they get there’. So E Crew won with its great customer service on the phone.
