Dreamy Desserts Nut Free Bakery

Wow. This company is great. We hired them to make cupcakes for an event. They showed up early and the cupcakes were awesome !

As a baker myself, I’m always on the look out for cupcakes and cakes. Fortunately for me, I was able to taste one of the cakes made by Dreamy Desserts while visiting my god daughter’s family in Henderson for Thanksgiving.
My god daughter is allergic to eggs and tree nuts so finding a place that makes cakes that don’t have those ingredients and still tastes great was definitely a challenge for the parents until they discovered Dreamy Desserts, a made to order custom bakery that specialized in nut free and egg free cakes and baked treats.
The cake that I was able to partake of after Thanksgiving dinner was a carrot cake. Let me just preface by saying that I was never interested in eating carrot cake. I’m not sure why but I’ve always ignored it when looking at the dessert menu. Maybe it was latent and unconscious gingerism or since I was a kid, just the thought of having something that’s a vegetable in my dessert was never appealing. Whatever it was, I always balked at giving carrot cake a chance. Regardless, this cake definitely caused me to sing a different tune after the first bite and I enjoyed the first slice so much so that I was going back for a second slice even though I was so full from dinner.
I have to say that before I took my first bite my expectations were really tempered even though my friend was hyping the cake up. I don’t want to get all introspective and in touch with my feelings here but I guess in the past I’ve had negative experiences with vegan pastries and sweets that were made without egg and the texture was just awful and dry and the flavors were utter crap. This cake on the other hand was flavorful and moist and I found myself really enjoying the flavor of the cake and the wonderful cream cheese frosting.
I know one thing for sure, the next time I’m planning on driving out to Henderson for a visit when the weather is cold, I’m going to have my friend order this cake for me in advance so I can bring it back home to L.A. with me.

Amazing! Penny made cupcakes and a cake for my son’s 1^st birthday. Sesame Street… ssooooo cute and a HUGE hit at the party. She’s now making cupcakes for my 8 year olds birthday :)

Wow, just had a Birthday party for my kids. I ordered a Minecraft cake and was very impressed! The cake looked fantastic, decorations, minecraft squares, characters, taste, simply everything was perfect. My 8 and 9 year old were so happy with the cake. Guests loved it too. Thank you Peny for making my party awesome. Great Job!

Penny is so prompt and get right back to you. It’s near impossible to find a bakery that is nut free so when I found her I knew it was worth a shot. She delivered them to our hotel on time and the cookies were the best oatmeal raisin cookies we’ve ever had! Ordered the strawberry strawberry cupcakes. They were tasty. Thank you Penny! We will definitely order from you again in August when we return to LV.

Penny is amazing. I’ve loved getting treats from her at the Fresh52 market. I love her treats so much I asked her to make a grooms cake for my wedding this weekend. It was perfect. I told her my idea and she created something perfect! Thank you Penny for helping make our day a little extra special!
