I’m a fan of dive bars so I do like this place. Whenever I’m in Vegas I come here to have a good drink, listen to people sing, do a little dancing. It’s nice to come here and get away from the Strip. If you like the 21& up clubs on the strip, this place is probably not for you

Can I add a star? LOVED this place! I am not a big fan of the typical Vegas scene, not knocking it its just not my style. My sister loves to karaōke and we came here for her 30th so it was a given we had to find a karaōke bar. I looked up karaōke bars in the area and there wasn’t really anything on the strip. I found Dino’s in my search and had that as our last resort because it was a 15 – 20 min cab ride. After not finding anything else we decided to give Dino’s a try. Upon walking in I immediately saw this is a laid back, and let loose kind of place. Everybody there was really nice and cheering everybody on when singing. The bartenders were really friendly. Have I mentioned the DJ/I’m pretty sure the owner?! He was amazing! Every time a singer lagged in the song he would get on the mic and help out. He made my sister feel special by mentioning her birthday on the mic multiple times. He was a lot of fun and kept the bar alive. I HIGHLY recommend coming here. It is absolutely worth the cab ride. If you like karaokes then this is a MUST! I know we will be making this a necessity every time we come to Vegas. Thanks for the great night Dino’s!

First time here and DEFINITELY not the last. Danny G is the karaōke master. He has a great voice and keeps things grooving. Love the dive vibe. Other places I have been you see the same folks jumping in line. They seem to appreciate the regulars but embrace us newbies. Great time!

I was told to try it out, good dive bar someone said. WRONG. Walked in, asked the female bartender eerrrr female behind bar what beers they have on tap, she said«go look look for yourself, they are over there». Walked out never to return. Owners remember: your bar is only as good as your people up front and you can only make one first impression.

Love karaōke nights! Beer and liquor are reasonably priced, gambling is great, and the people there make it all so much better! Love this place!!!

I been once and had a great time, I’m thinking about doing my girlfriend party there tonight, well the party was a success the kj wasn’t, we got there before he arrived, 7 people In the place so we were early singers, 5 hr past and he didn’t stick to the rotation he started putting up singers he knew who was walking through the door, my guest got pissed and left, they flew in from California. I was so embarrassed because I personally pick that spot because of the hours. The people was great though that’s why I couldn’t give it a zero star

Service was great. Michael was top notch. It was the cigarette smoke, cigarette smoke smell, sketchy location and creepy bathroom that will keep me away in the future. Just not my style but they’ve been«getting people drunk since 1962» so they’ve got that going for them.

My brother and his girl and their entourage came to Vegas for a visit. He’s lives in Palmdale so he hit’s Vegas three of four times a year and his girl’s sister lives here. We met at the Orleans and we decided we wanted a change. I work down the street from this place. Passed by it a couple of times and read some reviews. So I mentioned it and we all gave it a shot. Nice neighborhood spot. Right off the strip it’s were the locals go. Drinks are fine, couple of pool tables you get your money worth and we went on a Saturday night which is Karaōke night. I mean what would you rather do? Pay out the ass for drinks on the strip? Especially if you been to Vegas a couple times do something different. So for those of you who are tourist and come here to play. Try this place nice it’s a plain old bar but your going to have a good time and meet some interesting people. I did. Plus it’s a diverse crowd different genres of music. If you a local you should at least try it. I plan to find out which night is which and hang out again.

Love this place! Orlando was such an awesome bartender! Friendly, informative and willing to talk. It’s nice to be able to find a place that is old school vintage Vegas where you can go to get a stiff drink and see a friendly face. Highly recommend!

I love going to Dino’s! I have a great time with friends whenever we come here. It’s easy to get to on the strip if you want to go have a good time with friends and karaōke or drink or play pool, it’s definitely the place to go. There is always a spot or table for me and my friends. The service is great, the bartenders are very attentive, friendly and professional. This definitely is my go-to spot in Las Vegas.

I love this place, been here a few times and the bartenders deserve 100 stars. Great atmosphere and cheap drinks. Go on Saturday for karaōke. Side note: for the lame, lanky ass bar back that was working. I asked him what the specials were, he informed me that he was a bar back… This was very obvious. I asked again if he knew them anyway, and he replied«I don’t have time for this, ask ur bartenders». Of all the stupid words that just came out of his mouth, he could have given me the ONE special quicker than all that. I’ve been in the industry forever, don’t give me that shit. Don’t work here, and I would never hire someone with that attitude.

Love this place. Great drinks and great atmosphere. No matter how busy you don’t have to wait long for refills. And the mix drinks are very tasty. The karaōke on Friday nights is super fun. And pool tables. Classic dive bar and fun neighborhood bar,

Classic Dive bar with karaōke. Big variety of singers here, anything from Dean Martin, to Eminem, to Disney song Duets. This night had it all, so much fun I even got on stage and did my rendition of Warren G’s «regulators». There were some pretty good singers here but everyone was just there for a good time. Danny G made it so much more fun with him backing you up on the mic. Also just like all the other reviews say, order the PBR and try to get your drink for free by guessing what’s under the cap. The only reason I took a star away is that there is only 1 bathroom, that’s what you usually expect for a small dive bar but when you have cheap drinks and are singing karaōke for hours you’ll end up waiting a lot to use the pisser. *the men’s restroom is separate though so if you can bear it ladies, you can sneak in the men’s restroom.

I had a sandwhich at goodwhich. which btw was very good. review to follow… I ate my sandwhich outside and the guy who sold it to me mentioned I could eat it at dinos next time… he also mentioned to me that that goodwhich uses the kitchen at dinos to prep food. the goodwhich guy was very nice. cool guy. I asked him can I use the restroom he said sure use dinos. I didn’t drink in there but the first thing I noticed were obnoxious drunks going in and out. ok it’s a bar but they were annoying. I walk into the bar and wham I was hit with a stench that resembled urine and barf and cigarettes… I almost threw up I had to stop breathing through my nose or I would have. This is a dive bar but any dive bar I have ever been to was never this aweful. If I had gone in here before I ordered and knew they prepped here I would not have eaten at goodwhich. I am 100% positive that if the health department paid them a visit they would be shut down. It’s a shame because I enjoyed my lunch. The neighborhood is sketchy anyways. Probably won’t return.

I’ve only ever been here Thursday nights for Karaōke, but it’s always excellent. Danny G is an awesome dude. Crowd is regulars but they don’t mind new faces. It’s just a place to relax if you’re expecting something more than a real dive you will be dissapointed.

Excellent dive bar. Karaōke Thursday thru Saturday at 10pm with Danny G is always fun. Order a PBR bottle, guess the right symbol under the cap, and your beer is free. Order pizza next door and bring it in the spacious seating area. Great crowd, pool tables, beer pong, cheap drinks.

DONOTGOINTOTHISBAR!!! This is by far the absolute worst bar I have ever walked into in Las Vegas. All I wanted to do is hang out, have some drinks, and maybe do so some karaōke, but NO! From the moment we walked in we were antagonized by the bartender(His name is Ryder) We were told my boyfriend had to leave because he had an over the shoulder bag with him. All he was carrying was about 12 vinyl records. We put the bag in a friend’s car then went back inside, we were immediately approached by security and told there was a 1 drink minimum(We have never been told anything of the sort before at this bar) I ordered a beer for myself, but my boyfriend didn’t want a drink, so they kicked him out once again. I was very irritated, and attempted to ask them why they were treating us this way, then security asked me to leave the premises as well and the bartender threw the beer that I purchased in the trash without me having taken a single drink out of it. Completely unreasonable, unfair, and ridiculous. I am a Las Vegas resident, and I will try my best to let everyone what a horrible place this is.

Fun, but rather ghetto inside(dive bar? super dive maybe), and the favoritism towards regulars was a bit annoying. Seriously, a group of maybe 5 – 6 people had their songs pulled up again and again while the rest of the crowded place had to wait all night for one song or so if they were lucky. If they’d be a little more welcoming of «everybody else», this would be a much better spot. For example, I got in before it was too crowded and put in a song immediately; I waited over two hours. Meanwhile, a few of the regulars walked in well after we did, put in a few songs, and got three or four songs out of the way EACH before mine came on. Same experience for others in my group, and some other non-regular people we met there.

Dino’s: Getting Vegas drunk since 1962. Use to be a Mob Bar called Ringside Liquor. Amazing dive bar. On the same level as Snake and Jake’s in Nola. The wall writes«THELASTNEIGHBOURHOODBARINVEGAS». There is a great drink special. If you guess what suit is under the PBR cap(club, heart, spade, or diamond), then beer is free! I won! Server says they’ve given 20,000 PBRs away. Pool tables and bar top screen gambling available. Karaōke starts at 10pm on thurs fri sat. ***Side note, made friends with a local 22 year old girl. Former military who served 4 years in Afghanistan, makes $ 120,000 a year now working a stats job for the Government and who’s wife just hung herself for attention, but survived, and is recovering up the street in the hospital. She started buying me a bunch of different drinks. Like alot of drinks! Shot of Maple bacon vodka, blueberry pancake vodka, jd, washington apple, adiós motherfucker, maple bacon vodka… I was overwhelmed but started pounding glasses of water. She threw up twice in the sink of the bathroom. The bartender cleaned once but doesn’t want to clean again. She left to buy cigarettes but probably won’t be coming back. The bartender is really pissed because all the clientele are using the mens room now. I feel guilty but I don’t know for what exactly. I should leave, but this is really a great bar.

I went back to Las Vegas a few weeks ago with a buddy. My one requirement while we were there was that we go to Dino’s. Needless to say we ended up spending a couple drunken nights there. I hadn’t been in nearly 2 years, but I loved it just as much as I did the first time, if not more. Drinks are still super reasonable and it still has the local feel. This time I bonded with their KJ(or Karaōke DJ). He does a great job of getting the crowd into it and is the nicest guy in the world. He was a champ and sang Endless Love with me and didn’t complain when I kept changing my song choices(the drunker I get, the more I think I sound like Mariah Carey). Their regulars made me feel like I was welcome and at home. After going back there I can only say one thing, I would actually move to Vegas to go here every weekend. It’s that good.

A seemingly destitute lounge in the naked city part of the Las Vegas strip. Right in the middle of old downtown Vegas and the new fangled VIP laden strip. Dino’s might as well be named after every ones favorite stone age prehistoric pet. It has been around for ages. A true whino’s bar that has a karaōke following with the younger generation of hipsters and wannabe indy-mod-sters alike. No frills dive bar with a unique indiscernible charm that can only be predicated that, someone cool might have worked here, long ago. As for myself I have yet to find Dinos to fit my tastes. The drinks are cheap. The bartenders are really great! The location is cool in an edgy kind of way. It’s dark in there, which is a plus. These things I do like. It’s just the mixture of lens-less frame glasses adorning skrillex hair cut patrons in «Members Only» jackets along with the senior citizen thick bi-focal framed glasses adorning comb-over hair patrons wearing«Members Only» jackets just doesn’t vibe with me well. The one thing that could save this bar for me would be the musical choices. Unfortunately unless you are a karaōke celebrity there really isn’t a musical theme to be had. I can dig a shitty bar if it plays punk rock or an old bar if it is vintage themed. One thing that I can’t do is enjoy a cold drink if I am not certain whether I will be raising glasses to Engelbert Humperdink, Slipknot or The Eagles [shudder] next. Alas’ there is a strong following for this sacred bar and I will not over throw the fact that it is a decent place to meet with friends before adventuring on down either to the north to Freemont street or south to the strip.

Nothing was open around 10am in the area on Sunday except for Dino’s Lounge(and Olympic Garden) so, I figured I’d drink until The Goodwich opened. This part of town has always seemed shady to me so to be honest, I wasn’t sure if I should go in. But what the heck would I do for an hour? I had to go to the bathroom so bad so I told the bartender(Marya) that I’ll order something after I come out. She was cool about it. I asked for Shock Top but I’m glad I was given PBR instead because that’s what I was in the mood for — shocking I know. It was like Marya was reading my mind! But it seems like when I go drinking downtown, I’ll order something but I’m given PBR! What do I look like? A hipster?! She had me guess what was under the bottle cap(heart, spade, diamond and clubs) — if I guessed it right, my PBR is free. But I didn’t. I had a good chat with the dude at the bar and Marya who’s Italian Puerto Rican from New York. I asked her if she’s tried The Goodwich. She busts out their menu and told me what her favorites were. She’s one of the coolest(and prettiest) bartenders I’ve met in this town. The place looks interesting and definitely has character. There’s a deer with red eyes and I had Queens of the Stone Age’s «No One Knows» playing in my head. If I’m in this area and felt like drinking, I’d definitely come back.
