Dignity Health Medical Group

This facility has been open since April 2015. We started going because we have now had three doctors drop us over the last ten years because they have all transitioned to MD VIP programs. We are in good shape, need minimal medical help in a year outside an annual physical and thus why we ended up at dignity health.
Dr. Christopher Mercado is our physician. He is young, but for our needs, we are OK with young. Young can handle our minimal medical needs. They have ten plus other doctors floating around this facility, so you can look up their bios on their website.
Staff is busy, volume is high, so kind of just know that. My experience is that they have kept pretty much on schedule with the timing of my appointments.
The best experience I have had is that I was able to quickly book an «quick» appointment on their website for being able to been seen the next day. I think you have to be an established patient to be able to do this (not sure). Log on, pick your appointment, explain your problem, show up to your appointment… could not have been easier and was able to book after hours because it was on-​line.

I see Dr. Dalrymple. The front desk is nice, the waiting room is large, comfortable and clean. The dr is friendly, thorough and takes the time to address all of my issues. I don’t feel rushed at all. I was seen at my appt time. When I got blood work done, there was a wait because there’s only one person who does it, but it’s convenient.

Went in yesterday for my first visit with Dr. Buttrum.
It is a very nice office with comfortable seating.
The front staff helpful.
We completed our paperwork and were called back for our intake.
The medical assistant was very friendly and kind.
I was then taken back to see the dr. It was just a few minutes and the dr came in.
Dr. Buttrum was a very caring dr. Truly listened to what I was saying.
It was nice to have a dr spend time with me and go over all options
for my medical care.
I was thrilled with the medical care I received at this location.
