Horrible customer service, incredibly unprofessional, also absolutely useless. Took more than a month for them to send workers to do minimal fixtures. Workers knew very little English and neither sides understood one another at the end. Floors ended up cracked due to the fact that the tiles were set on an uneven floor, took them 2 months to fix and the worker fixed one of about 10 tiles by putting cement in the cracks then put cement in rest of the tiles in the living room. Great work? Not so much… Never be late on rent, strictly business, family issues? Figure it out we just need the money… By the way it wasn’t until they were sent to court that they decided to do the floor fixes. Ended up not taking our rent and kicking us out. Bad business. Do your job correctly the first time around. Communicate with your tenants. Don’t be a heartless ass.
Do not rent 801 Ann Dr. Worst owners I promise you that.
If you do, stove tops are uneven, no idea why, told the workers and he said just push them in– did so and it broke, he brought new ones but one is till lopsided, make sure the front door is fixed it stays locked even if it is unlocked, can only open from inside — yes, this is also after they «fixed» the lock. Master room has ants, no reason for it, never has there been food in there. Master room door has also been «fixed» in their unique way… So good luck.

Absolutely the WORST property management group in Las Vegas.
In my experience with them, the people who work here are uncaring, but when they are also unskilled and unorganized… We have a problem.
The people here are beyond disorganized, often forgetting about issues at the property or ignoring them. They forget property addresses. They also have ZERO people skills and treat tenants harshly. The lack of English fluency frustrates tenants and the repair service workers as well. Numerous complaints from repair service workers that they were treated poorly and very hard to deal with. This is unacceptable.
I cannot get over the rude behavior and badly written email correspondence.
I do not recommend them at all. Hoping to work with a much more professional property management company soon. Sad.
