Very dumb business owners, I’m sorry to say.
I brought in a brand new suit that I had just bought (still had the tags on it when I brought it in) just to be pressed. When I came to pick up the suit, it had some sort of grease or pen marks on it. When I brought it to the owners attention he attempted to play dumb and act like it wasn’t his fault. I asked him if he would attempt to clean it for free and he told me I would have to pay and began to argue with me.
What would have cost his business only a few dollars to attempt to make things right cost him a repeat client that would have spent more money with him, plus a bad review. Very dumb on their part!!!
If you do decide to come here… TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR ITEMS FIRST!

Dry cleaning and laundry is quick and you get it back the next day (excluding Sunday evenings). If something is messed up or they didn’t get a spot out the first time they will send it back. No complaints.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Brought in a pillow to get sewn. Promised by Tues. tried to pick up on Friday… in which they couldn’t find the pillow. After waiting 20 mins while they made numerous phone calls and found my pillow… which hadn’t even been worked yet! Apparently the one sewing machine they have couldn’t have done the simple job and they outsource some of their work. So they it would be another 5 days before its done. I demanded a full return and my pillow back. Will have to drive across town to a much more reputable business!
