This is a family owned restaurant. I had a great experience with my children. The cashier was very friendly to me and my kids. They were quick to welcome us as we walked in. It was a Friday afternoon and there was music playing for the car show. The food and ice cream were delicious. I will definitely be visiting this restaurant again.

Thanks for the melted ice cream all over my car! When I ordered a couple blizzards through the drive thru and you asked if I wanted a lid, i didnt think you were going to slam a coke lid on top with ice cream oozing from the straw opening and sides. When I got home, I was so happy to discover the blizzards sitting in a sticky jacuzzi of ice cream that was once my cup holder! Thanks for being sloppy!!! I wont be back!!!

Not sure whether to thank Unilocal for this waste of time trip or the owner of this DQ. Came here specifically for the check-in discount. Sure, it’s only 10% but it helped to get me to a place where I would normally NEVER visit. Wanted to try the new Jurassic Park blizzard and thought with the discount, would be worth it. My issue here is with the customer service. I went through the drive thru and showed the girl(I don’t know her name since there was no name badge to be found) my Unilocal check in. She looked at me like I was trying to get one over on her and she went on and on about how there isn’t a PLU code to key it in. I have used check-in codes through Unilocal before with no PLU/scan codes just fine. I asked if there was anyone that could authorize, like a manager and she stated she was the manager. Way to ensure 3 customers will NEVER come back server 084 on 6÷24÷15 at 9:12 pm

This location is horrible, customer service is non existent! It’s all«kids» working there. I asked for a manager they said we don’t have one on duty. I asked okay what about a supervisor? They said nope we don’t have anyone available. Who lets ignorant children run a Dairy Queen? You would think they might be able to handle it but clearly they cannot. The flavor of the month advertised was out of stock… That’s when I asked to speak to a a manger and the girl at the counter said no one was there and asked her coworker from the back DUSTIN to come assist. He was horrendous, rude, he didn’t want to listen to me, and he spoke over me and did not want to hear what I had to say. He definitely wasn’t raised with any manners. He doesn’t know how to treat people with respect. I cancelled my order and went to the Baskin Robins down the street. You wonder why half the Dairy Queens around that location have closed down. They can’t survive the competition and this location is crap and a waste of time save yourself the trouble and hassle and go to another location or competitor. This place is a complete waste of time don’t bother. Why would you want to go there and be treated this way…
