Well Cricket struck again… I checked my bank statement the next month and they took additional monies from my account. I called my bank and canceled my account and opened a new one. I also called Cricket to inform them that I wanted my monies back because my account was to be closed. This time the young woman was very helpful and took care of everything.
As for the 35. refund NEVER SAW A PENNY.
I would stay away from this company for sure.
