What service! I had a little crack fixed in my windshield and this place was very professional and quick! All covered by my insurance! Super friendly as well!

this company is very unprofessional! they didnt know how to properly communicate with customer. dont trust them they didnt know what they are doing!

I went in for a car wash & was told I had a tiny crack in my windshield. They then said they could fix it for free & have it covered by my AAA Roadside Service. They «fixed» it, I drove home a block away, parked it overnight in my garage, and the next morning, there was a foot-​long crack in my windshield. I went back & they confirmed that it was indeed their work that caused the crack. They say their work is «guaranteed», but all that means is that the money you paid towards the repair ($ 20) would apply towards them replacing the windshield (windshields typically go for $ 200 or so.) This seems counter-​intuitive. If they cracked my windshield, shouldn’t they replace it? Why should I pay them $ 200 for a windshield they destroyed? It also seems like a conflict of interest. What is to stop them from purposely cracking the glass so that I will then give them *more* money by buying a windshield from them? They should at least allow me to go somewhere else to replace it, so I’m not questioning whether they did it on purpose. Oh, also, they were wrong about AAA Roadside covering it. I would’ve never agreed to get it «fixed» (ruined) in the 1^st place if they had told me I would have to pay out of pocket. This whole thing would’ve been avoided had they been more knowledgeable about who does & doesn’t cover the work.

Don’t do it. complete scammer, I felt like I was back on the streets of Tijuana because of how hard I just got hustled. Went to get my car washed and a guy stopped me and told me he would fix my little crack in my windshield for free because I had the right insurance. He even had me sign the papers that said 0.00 dollar charged, then he goes to tell me after he did his work insurance wont cover it and its 40 bucks added a 4 in front of the zeros and there it was wow. Low life scum I tell ya.
