Worst Chipotle restaurant ever. I mean, don’t get me wrong… I love chipotle! But this location is horrible. They are always out of something, whether it is meat, sofritas or guac. They also close early or without notice?! WHODOESTHAT? Why are you closing early with no notice, rhyme or reason. Another time, they were closed because they were«having a private party.» Why can’t you close off half of you restaurant so other people can get Chipotle? The service is sub-par. Employees weren’t that friendly. Thank goodness a Chipotle opened up closer to my house. Will be going there from now on.

Solid service, fresh ingredients, and delicious vegetarian options. Love the lime seasoning on the tortilla chips, and it’s hard to beat the price for the amount of food given.

Went in late afternoon I think the chicken must have been left over from lunch. Very disappointed. It was basically terrible.

My wife and I decided to give Chipotle a shot after the food fiasco they’ve encountered over the past 6 months. We ordered via the phone app and there were no problems, easy and convenient. However, we got home and unpacked our food. our kids chicken quesadilla had no chicken! It only had guacamole and bell peppers on the side. To make matters worse the fruit that came with their meal was an orange that had fungus and rotten on the inside. Ugh! Doubt we’ll be back which kinda sucks because it’s very close to our home.

Big Chipotle fans, but we will not be returning to this location again. I always order the same thing when I go to Chipotle and there are only two things I request: no beans & no cheese. Somehow my order was literally covered with cheese, as well as excessive rice & minimal meat. I ate less than half because I felt like it was JUST rice & cheese! I also asked for extra lettuce… yet look at my photo. I wouldn’t even say that qualified as a handful let alone extra lettuce. FORHER: I always order a CHICKENBURRITOBOWL — white rice, no beans or cheese, pico, corn & extra lettuce. FORHIM: He orders the STEAKBURRITO — white rice, black beans on the side, spicy salsa, no cheese & guacamole.

I thought this was a great chipotle location. Came inside and was greeted immediately by one of their staff members. There was no line so I got right to ordering! The girl who was in the beginning stages of making the burrito was really funny and was poking fun with me at my boyfriend for not ordering something. The burrito was chalk-full of everything. I mean they filled that baby up! The barbacoa was really tasty, I was shocked when my boyfriend said it wasn’t sitting in that a lot of liquid in the trays before they put it in my burrito because it tasted like it was sitting in a vat of deliciousness for awhile before hand! Thank god this location is so close to my boyfriends parents house. I will be back here again on visits!

I am not going to lie. But after the entire salmonella outbreak at Chipotle I was kind of nervous about still eating there. I did go there the other day for the first time since that story came out. Although I did not have the chicken even though it’s probably safer now. I ended up getting a steak Bowl which was still delicious and great quality plus you can eat steak Raw which made me less nervous about eating there this time. I’m sure after everything that happened that they fixed the entire issue now but I am still a bit weary of eating the chicken. LMAO!!!

I like this spot good customer service and they always seem to remember me which is nice. But that being said I really feel like the flavor has become one note with the food here. I tend to get the steak or chicken on most of my visits if you want something different try the hot sauce and guac. But the truth is eventually the allure will wear off and you will just go out of habit.

There is a difference between choosing to get faux-Mexican in a location where no authentic Mexican exists and doing so in Nevada, where there are countless authentic choices to select from. I stopped coming because of a) SYSCO delivery I witnessed at another valley Chipotle location; and b) there is a Roberto’s* on the other end of this same block(inside Terrible’s®). The staff is quick. The bowls are a decent size. Everyone’s always in a good mood unlike the Chipotle on Lake Mead. They always have my online orders done when I walk in. I can’t really complain about anything. :)

This is a really good Chipotle location. Exterior is clean, and free of panhandlers. Inside is neat and clean, including the counter where the delicious food is prep. The staff is nice, especially Julie. Honestly she’s what makes this location what it is. She’s extremely respectful and in my 60 seconds dealing with her, she turns a bad day to good, or a good day ten times better. The food speakers for itself, AMAZING!

I rate all chipotle locations on the following factors 1) meat portions 2) how clean the lobby is … With that said this chipotle is usually pretty good about adhering to Chipotle’s meat policy(a full scoop) every once in a while you’ll have an employee who finesses the meat portions but that doesn’t happen to often. The lobby is usually clean. Lastly, the line moves pretty swiftly. Overall, chipotle is good, affordable and cheap. You usually know what you’re getting.

This location was phenomenal! Especially the young girl who rang myself and my husband up! She never stopped either ringing up customers, cleaning, and being extremely friendly the entire time! She lives for customer service and I can see her going a long way in the future!

Seriously… Management need to look into portion size. They are so much smaller here compare to the other locations in town? I understand meat are expensive and there is a set portion, but lettuce, rice and beans??? And the chips are like 1⁄3 of the bag… Get a smaller bag and fill it up… At least that will make me feel like I pay for the full bag.

To slow, too busy talking when prepping my food instead of just making the food. Lighting is too dark also, and food isn’t as fresh as I’d like. Won’t be coming back to this location.

This location is so chinsy on the portions. This is the worst one I have been to in the valley. Why can’t we have normal portions like all the other Chipotle’s in Vegas?! You would think the food cost comes out of the employees pockets! Boo Chipotle on Durango.

These large national chains don’t really need Unilocal reviews to help their business, like small mom and pop shops, and most people coming to one for the first time aren’t driven here by these reviews. People come here because of the known quality and huge national tv and other ad campaigns but people should still know about this specific location and ones personal experience had here. I come here quite regularly for lunch and have always had good quality food and service. The facilities are well keep and clean and you’re usually in and out in no time no matter how busy they are. Definitely a good choice, although maybe not a healthy one, for lunch or dinner. My suggestion is a chicken burrito, bag of chips and Diet Coke. The Diet Coke makes it a healthy meal. Right?

I don’t even know where to start. Soggy burrito. Lumpy, tasteless salsa. Stale chips. Hard tortilla. It was like 9pm, and I really wanted a burrito, just not Roberto’s(which I love btw), and I always get a burrito bowl from Chipotle, so I thought: «what the hell, never tried their burritos let’s give it a shot.» Worst mistake of my life and I knew there was a reason I shied away from tacos/burritos from this place. When I began to order, they immediately informed me that they were out of chicken and steak, only had pork. I don’t usually eat pork but I was jonesin’ for a burrito, so I shrugged and said«that’s cool, I would like some barbacoa». When I received my burrito, I just left the location, took it home and prepared to feast. Then I removed it from the bag. The bag was literally see-through, it was so drenched in juices. It got all over my car seat, and my kitchen table. I should’ve stopped there. But no, I continued. I picked it up, the whole outside of the foil was wet. For some reason it was wrapped in two pieces of foil and although I asked for salsa on the side, it was still poured on top. I opened the foil, the burrito was red from the salsa. Soggy. Would not stay together in my hands. «Did I eat it? «you may be asking. Yes, I did. And it wasn’t like it was a freak accident. My roommate ordered the same thing and got the same result. I didn’t expect 5 star cuisine, Chipotle. I really did not. But, damn. Will never eat here again.

Went to this location around 2:00pm on Thursday March 19th. Line staff was arguing with cooks. Line was completely out of both rice, chicken and sour cream. Had to wait 10 minutes for a restock. Then line staff not listening to order, had to repeat I wanted my sauce on the side twice, it was still poured on top of my burrito. Then the burrito was busted, line staff would not remake, wrapped burrito in two tin foils and put it in a bowl. Terrible experience.

These Burritos Suck! I should have known better than to go back to this ratchet Chipotle. But it’s the closest one around, if I didn’t have a gift card I wouldn’t have went. Anyway I don’t know why, the female staff is so rude but it’s really sad. A bunch of haters. smh… Anyway. It’s this rude cashier, she’s very sarcastic and corny and she’s always going out of her way to give me a hard time. Today she told me and several ridiculous comments, she even started discussing aloud a previous incident in which a chipotle employee basically swapped a gift card I had purchased with an employee card. During that previous visit this same cashier pretended she didn’t know how to do her job. Even after showing this cashier my receipt she pretends it’s nothing that can be done. Luckily the cameras work really good, and the transactions are all filmed!!! And that is why I got the gift cards I used today, because she was rude then too, trying to embarrass people with her clown glasses on. So tonight she was acting ridiculous, pretending she didn’t know how to do her job. I explain to her that I was told the items must be rung up separately, then she says«I’m so sorry for your rudeness». That comment stated an argument with myself and the cashier because I couldn’t believe the disrespect. Another employee came up trying to help and after I explained what she said, he was just as shocked as I was. He asks her why she said that and she says«Well she is bring rude» thenrandomly she YELLS«Im sorry that your card was declined your last visit.» That’s why I was put into a situation in which I had to be loud, like immature loud cashier and set the record straight. They called the manager for me because I had asked for her, when she came she was rude like her employee. She told me she disused me with her employees and she feels it’s nothing that can be done. Oh how disappointing no wonder these employees lack of professionalism. The manager was rude. It’s obvious she encourages the disrespect as well. I got a call back from someone who offered me a buy one get one. Nah. I’ll pass.
