Unfortunately, I had to take down my previous review. Our engagement pictures were great and we received them quickly, I will give her that. Our wedding pictures, however, are another story. After our honeymoon, we moved out of state and it took me a little while to tell Chauntelle which shots we would like edited. However, I had it done at the beginning of August and waited to receive our disks. Three weeks later I contacted Chauntelle to inquire as to where they were and she said they had been shipped long ago. A week later I still had not received them and asked if she could resend them with a tracking number so that I would know what to expect them. She said she«didn’t have tracking numbers». I’m sorry, but anybody who has ever shipped something at the USPS has been asked if they wanted delivery confirmation. I felt that something as sentimental as wedding photos should be shipped with delivery confirmation. Priority mail items can be tracked at no cost. However, she told me that she would resend them and send me a download link as well, which I received several days later. When I finally received my photos on disk, they were in a padded enveloped with two stamps on it and a notice of insufficient postage, meaning that I have to pay the balance of postage because she didn’t use enough. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy. I informed her of this so it doesn’t happen to anybody else and she said«Good to know». I feel that she was pretty flippant about the whole situation. I had both of our mothers asking when I would receive them as well as my husband, who started to get agitated with this situation as well. I think we have all had problems with customer service in the past, and I just think this was handled poorly. I feel like with all the issues I had receiving my disks, there should have been some sort of compensation. I tried to express the fact that I was upset to her as kindly as I could, and I just don’t think she cared. I’m more dissatisfied with the utter lack of customer service than the product.
